A simple & quiet hotel near night market & Mekong riverside. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

Hotel located between the Mekong River and the road leads to the night market and Phousi Hills with 10 to 15 minutes walk. Also, a noodle stall that opens at 4pm and within minutes is seated with full of customers... the local banana is delicious, not too sweet but firm.

Everything was fine, more than adequate, clean and comfortable. As others have said, the wood-paneled walls, though perhaps nice-looking, result in the room being rather dark (not much daylight gets in). Maybe in a hot season this is welcomed, but I missed the brighter. Even with the lights on, it felt dim (for this person anyway). But at this price, it's still probably one of the better deals available here, and with a pretty good location.

The room is pretty clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. An absolute 5 stars for location because it’s close to everywhere and you can just walk around if you like. I only have an issue with their tour service. I booked a private tuk tuk to Kuang Si waterfall and everything was fine. However, for the Pak Ou Cave and whiskey village tour, I paid 250k kip as you can see on the receipt. As per the receptionist who helped me booked, the price included all the transportation fees such as pick up from the villa and boat ride. On the day itself, the tuk tuk came 10 mins late to pick me up and waited for other people to arrive at the pier. For your information, from the villa to the pier is about 7 mins ride. After a while, I got on the boat and a staff asked another 30k kip for the ride. And there wasn’t any pick up at the pier when I got back from the cave. So basically, it’s like I paid 250k kip for the 7 mins tuk tuk ride and I wanted to clarify about that. But I didn’t get to meet the same receptionist until I checked out. Overall, it was a total scam and a waste of money. If you are planning to stay there, try not to use those services as they are so overpriced and not worth the money at all.

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room is a bit dark (even though there are some windows, it feels there's not enough natural light), but is well equipped. There's a towel, a bar of soap, a small shampoo sample, and bottled water. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to call a minivan service to pick me up to the railway station. Good value for money 👍🏻

We were pleased about everything. The front desk staff was friendly and helped us with transportation booking. EXCEPT one staff that I had no idea who she was, and she’s rude to us when she knocked the door. Pretty much like smashing the door and no explanation at all. I saw her on the phone while on shift as well.

There are very nice boutique villa hotel in the good location near LUANG PHRA BANG PALACE and many temple.

I really liked the character of the room since everything is made out of wood. Staff was also super friendly!
