The environment is beautiful, especially the lotus pond. Breakfast in the middle of the pond is very pleasing to the eye. The staff are friendly. Guests staying upstairs need to climb stairs, which is not suitable for the elderly. The transportation is inconvenient as you have to walk down a hundred-meter alley.

Its’s a very nice hotel with a very polite staff. The beds were very comfortable. The outside area has a pond, which is a very relaxing place to chill at night.

Beautiful property with a stunning lotus pond! It’s very serene, and having free bicycle rentals is a fantastic bonus for getting around town. Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff, location wise quite convenient as the hotel is located in the central area

The location is decent, and the deluxe rooms have been renovated. They cost about 100 more than standard rooms, but they're a bit more comfortable. The hotel also has a pond, which is a nice feature and adds to the scenery.

The hotel's location on the map was a bit off; we ended up in a cafe when following the directions. This hotel isn't directly on the main street; you have to go through a small alley to reach it. The rooms themselves are nice, very quiet, with great views and a private balcony. There are many koi in the central pond, and you can feed them bread. However, the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, and the complimentary bottled water bottles are quite small – we had to ask the front desk for more, as there wasn't enough for three people.

The location is excellent—it’s not too crowded, yet it’s within walking distance of the night market. There is also a supermarket just 50 meters away, making it very convenient. The view is stunning, with a beautiful lotus pond that creates a peaceful atmosphere. The room also has a small balcony where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

The hotel is beautiful, and our room overlooked the lotus pond. The pool was also very clean. It was super convenient to be able to rent bicycles and arrange airport transfers. There were lovely frangipani flowers all around the villa. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn't very good.

Great stay at Villa Oasis with central location in Luang Prabang, while not directly on the main street, it's a 8 minutes walk from the night market. Given that even ultra luxurious resorts such as Aman is also nearby, the location should be alright and the norm. Room wise is clean with room cleaning everyday, extremely well landscape for the price, and nice and decent breakfast with 2 complimentary a la carte drinks

We had a good time, except for the housekeepers who were a bit noisy, banging the door, knocking on the walls, and making noise while mopping. In addition, everything was fine, the room was lovely and comfy, beautiful lotuses in the pond and many colorful koi fish. This will be our accommodation for our upcoming Luang Prabang vacation!

In town, clean and friendly service. Car cannot enter because the road is to narrow Only motorcycle, small 3 wheel vehicle can enter, for mobility challenges take about 5minutes walk from the hotel out to the main road, other would take about 2 minutes, the overall atmosphere is well decorated, breakfast was great, last but not least there's a nice fruit shake for the welcome drinks and a small mixed fruit serve(forgot to take picture)

Great location, beautiful rooms and hotel, pool was nice and cold, and the service was great.

Checking and checkout was great, staff were very professional. Breakfast was with less variety but it was good. Excellent location
