A total nightmare. 1) Full construction ongoing. Noise from 07.30 to evening 7 days a week!! 2) Director hides and avoids customer contact. Sends you an email saying how much help he offered! 3) Disgraceful property management ethics.

I was there and the room was so small and shower was broken always they have same problem

A good budget hotel, within walking distance to Lublin center. Basic breakfast. Good value for money in general.

Unhappy staff who refuse to give service at the hotel bar. You need to go out for food and drink. Shocking . Apart from 1 staff member the others just don't seem to want to be there .

Comfortable beds, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The bathroom and room were noticeably dirty, which immediately left a bad impression. The carpets were heavily stained, giving the entire space a neglected, unclean feel. The toilets were filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. This level of hygiene is simply not acceptable. To make matters worse, the room was absolutely freezing. The heating did not work at all, and despite trying to adjust it, the temperature never improved. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. The bathrooms were particularly disappointing — dirty surfaces, visible stains, and an overall sense that the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The décor looked very old-fashioned and worn out, far from what you would expect from a place that should provide a basic standard of comfort and cleanliness. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the poor maintenance, and the broken heating made the experience extremely unpleasant. This stay did not meet even the minimum expectations. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Nice and helpful staff, very nice girls on the bar.Good breakfast. Affordable price and Hotel close to the center. Rooms neat and large, I recommend if someone wants to have a cheap room in the center

I am really satisfied. The quality to price ratio is fully adequate. The rooms are clean. As for the service... I am delighted. I have stayed in many hotels of different standards, but for the first time in my life I have met a receptionist (in this case Mrs. Paulina) who asked with human, ordinary, unstudied kindness "How was your day?". She made me really feel like "at home". I really wish I could meet only such cordial people on my way. Truly kind people. I think she should conduct courses in interpersonal communication. Maybe then the world would be a better place :)
