Good hotel for chief price...with breakfast na din kya sulit din talaga...

The location is a little bit far from the center. When we checked in inside room there was no toilet paper and no bottled water. I called the reception and they said they run out of stock of toilet paper and will try to look for one. Bottled waters are not given but you need to request for a pitcher of water if you need a drinking water. When I requested for extra pillow they charges P300.00 each pillow. Too bad their service and amenities were not good.

The location is great and as well as the cleanliness. I hope the front desk is more approachable.

This hotel has a great location and spacious rooms! 😊 It’s missing a wardrobe, safe, and hair dryer though—hopefully they can add those in the future. At least the hot water shower works well! 🌟 Since it’s right by the main road, it can get a bit noisy. Breakfast only had two options, but it was tasty and came right to the room—nice touch! 🍳🏨

Just so so. The front desk checked us in without explaining any of the hotel's amenities or inclusions. One morning, we were served the wrong breakfast order. Even though the server delivered it to us without verifying our names or room number, the front desk insisted we pay for it. The front desk on shift was rude and failed to understand that the mistake was on their end. I ended up paying, but I was extremely disappointed on how she handle the situation and by her disrespectful attitude attempting to blame us for their error. Lol! 🤣 On a positive note, Carla was exceptional! She was always smiling and attended to our AC issues immediately. I left a tip for her at the front desk yesterday morning (January 25th at 7:00 AM), but I’m worried she won’t receive it. When I followed up to check, the staff seemed unsure and claimed the previous shift hadn't left a note about it. Carla, thank you for providing amazing customer service you are the best!

The service was good, the location was convenient, and the hotel room was clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room is quite spacious na pwede ka pang magpaparty sa loob - ganun sya kaluwag kahit deluxe room sya. Medyo creepy nga lang since luma na rin ung establishment. Malapit lang kasi sa venue kaya un na rin kinuha ko at one night lang naman. Wala ring complimentary water and ung tooth brush napakanipis - worth the price naman.

We love our stay. Parking safe. Place so cozy and clean. Higly recommended.

A little pricier but the room was great and its really near the mall and Jollibee. The front desk was also accomodating.

It’s a good clean hotel in city center . Had hot water in shower . Rooms good size . Breakfast served in room . All in all good value for price

If you are looking for a place to rest this is okay.

The hotel is nice and staff are accommodating and polite.
