While heading towards the property, we contacted them for early check-inn, they straight away denied. On requesting they said will try to give by 10:30am, to which we agreed, but on reaching we were again clearly denied. Reception person was rude. After no of requests only 1 room was allocated at 11:30am.
While kept us waiting for an hour, reception person went for his own food. The entire staff was enjoying the leftover food from morning event, keeping aside the guest waiting for room.
Also we have been given an excuse that we have a policy of 2pm check-in, so we cant give u room, u need to understand. We also have work and we cant clean it on immediate basis, this statement was given after 45mins of waiting.
As soon entered the room, switch board was burnt.
Mattress, pillow and duvey cover had stains on it.
Washroom was wet.
Not worth the price. Max ₹1000/- should be the price as per the quality, standard and behaviour of the staff.
We have been travelling for 24hours, wanted to take a nap for few hours, but couldnot, as the staff was soo loud outside the room in there conversation and singing songs on top of there volume that they dint allowed us to take the nap properly.
2nd room was given on the standard mentioned time. Early morning at 4am there was again so much of noise that we had to contact front desk and ask and it continued for 2hours.
Mosquitos were there in the lobby and room.
Bed was also noisy. On shifting sides it was making noise.
Highly highly not recommended.
