Location is good buffet food is below average, both breakfast and dinner rooms are good, staff is good

We stayed here for more than a week. It's a nice a place to stay peacefully. All the basic amenities are available. Breakfast and dinner buffet are great with variety of options of veg and non-veg, especially the mutton biryani. Service is also upto the mark. B.K. Singh from the restaurant is wonderful at his job, very helpful and courteous. All the best.

I was training at bangalore in feb month, and stayed at comfort inn hotel at bangalore, it was a good experience so based on that i booked comfort inn lucknow, comfort inn lucknow was not good as we expect, toilets and washroom are shorter, but staff are supportive in nature. Thank you

I stayed in a deluxe room on may 30th, 31st, took the pakage with breakfast for 3, my wife son and me. The hotel is well located near the main road, and near indiranagar d block and b block, around 6 mins drive from the places i visited in these blocks. It's clean and hygienic. The breakfast spread is decent. Parking is available in premises. The staff is well mannered. Beds are comfortable. Furnishing and linen were clean. Room was dust free. Would certainly consider for my next visit. Don't expect extraordinary experience, but for the money i spent through mmt, it was a bang for the buck. The hotel quoted higher rates when i approached directly for an extended day.

The behaviour of all the staff is very bad, this is absolutely no way to talk, All service standards are of 3rd quality and all the foods are not prepared in the right way , The room is very dirty and no cleaning staff comes on time This is a very useless hotel, all the money was wasted and my trip also got ruined 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🙄
