”Quality Inn where your satisfaction is guaranteed.” No, not at this motel. I needed a clean place to sleep in the evening and to take a bath and get on the road in the morning. Bed was okay. Getting ready to leave in the morning there was no way to keep water in the tub and the shower did not work so I dressed and checked out. I told the lady at the checkout of the issues with room 246 and she said she could send maintenance. I told her there was no way to stop the water in the tub and the shower head seemed to be damaged and controls would need replacing and that I had to leave. I did take a card with the manager's name - Raj Patel. When I called back to speak with Mr. Patel I was told that he was only at the motel from 7am to 10am. And that I was to blame for the problem because I did not call for maintenance. (Don't the room cleaners report obvious problems in the rooms?) I called again the next day at the time I was directed to call and the manager was still not there. So...Mr Patel seems to be purposely unavailable to speak with his customers. He also seems purposely unavailable to have the necessary repairs made to his facility. It also seems obvious that the Quality Inn does not do regular ”quality checks” on its franchises. This will be the last time that I ever stop at a ”Quality Inn” anywhere.
