Hotel berhampiran Palazzina Alhambra, Lugano

Sekiranya anda menempah hotel mewah di Lugano, tidak ada pilihan lain untuk saya. Walaupun tidak betul-betul di tengah-tengah Bandar, ia berada di kawasan yang bagus dan tenang dan 10-15 minit berjalan kaki ke bandar sangat bagus untuk menenangkan perut setelah makan banyak pizza. Kawasannya sangat menakjubkan, pemandangannya luar biasa, sarapan bufetnya tidak mengagumkan tetapi sangat bagus (Walaupun wanita yang boleh duduk di sini anda boleh tersenyum sedikit lebih banyak, semua kakitangan lain ketika sarapan sangat bagus). Lido peribadi hebat. Saya tidak akan pernah menginap di hotel lain di Lugano untuk perjalanan musim panas tahunan kami, ini telah memenangi kesetiaan saya seumur hidup.

Hotel Splendidie is a grand hotel in an impressive building and many parts of the building are impressive. However many aspects of this hotel are disappointing and I even question it being 5 star! We stayed in a Palace Deluxe double room, with lake view and large balcony. The room was spacious and well laid out, but was let down by a set of IKEA (like) wardrobes that didn’t fit at all! The balcony was nice but there is a very busy road between the hotel and lake and there is a lot of road noise. The hotel has 2 main restaurants, we only used the Veranda, which was fine but nothing special. We also used the out side bar which was a third place you could eat, with Pizzeria being available in the evenings as well. This whole area was nice but it just felt like a pop up bar, it lacked any real splendour and comfort we have seen in so many other 5 star hotels. On the Thursday evening they hosted “market place” pop up restaurant that we booked – the evening was pleasant enough but all the staff were on edge and I suspect this was the first time they had put it on. Overall the food was simple eg cold meats & cheeses; pasta; BBQ and Pizza, certainly nothing special! The other strange thing was there was a beautiful bar in side, that was only used if it rained – why not have both open? The outside is space is small and there is no outdoor pool which isn’t great and no access to the lake. Staff were OK but didn’t really make you feel welcome, they often appeared on edge. This hotel could be so much better!

Check in was easy, really nice receptionist, room was super clean, I had like 5 towels. Sopa and body wash was provided, at lwast 5 sockets, really nice and comfy room.

Súper decent hotel outstanding staff my stay here with my family was wonderful and comfortable. The best thing about a vacation is to rest well and have a delicious breakfast and this hotel has it all, a first class service, with high quality care, I have to mention what caught my attention the most was the hygiene at breakfast time is very Important for me. I don't have many photos but I do have videos that I can't upload here from the hotel but I have it on my Instagram karol__0729….Very satisfied with our stay, just need to implement the parking

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere tre giorni meravigliosi presso l'Hotel Firenze a Lugano e non potrei essere più entusiasta dell'esperienza che ho vissuto. Questo hotel incantevole ha davvero reso il mio soggiorno indimenticabile sotto ogni aspetto. Fin dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, sono stato accolto con un sorriso caloroso da parte dello staff professionale e cortese. La loro attenzione ai dettagli e la dedizione nell'assicurarsi che ogni mio bisogno fosse soddisfatto ha reso il mio soggiorno estremamente piacevole fin dall'inizio. La vista panoramica sul lago di Lugano dalle finestre della mia camera era semplicemente mozzafiato, regalandomi momenti di puro relax ogni mattina e sera. Il ristorante dell'hotel è un vero tesoro per gli amanti della cucina. Ogni pasto che ho gustato è stato un'esperienza culinaria unica. I piatti erano preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, e il personale si è dimostrato attento alle mie preferenze alimentari. Le cene a lume di candela nel cortile interno hanno (su richiesta) aggiunto un tocco di romanticismo alle mie serate. La posizione dell'Hotel Firenze è semplicemente invidiabile. Le passeggiate lungo il lungolago e le visite alle boutique locali sono state una parte fondamentale della mia esperienza. Ma ciò che ha davvero reso il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Firenze così speciale è stata l'attenzione sincera e premurosa dello staff. Oltre a fornire servizi impeccabili, hanno reso ogni interazione un momento piacevole e familiare, come se fossi a casa lontano da casa. In definitiva, il mio soggiorno di tre giorni all'Hotel Firenze a Lugano è stato semplicemente perfetto. Non solo ho potuto godere di una sistemazione in una delle città più affascinanti della Svizzera, ma ho anche scoperto un rifugio dove il comfort, l'ospitalità e l'eleganza si fondono in un'esperienza unica.

Die Unterkunft ist in allen Bereichen top. Das einzige was uns am Anfang ein wenig irritiert hat, ist die unbediente Reception. Das Online einchecken, hat aber super geklappt. Wir konnten schon um 1400 statt erst um 1500 Uhr ins Zimmer. Da wir getrennte Betten wollten, und es diese nur in der höheren Kategorie gab, wurden wir einfach ”upgegradet”, einfach top. Auch das Zusatzbett für unsere 5 jährige Tochter war mega bequem. Es war alles äusserst sauber und die tägliche Reinigung war super. Wir sind und waren einfach begeistert. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Empfang.

Well..... where do I start, this is one of the most breath taking places I have ever visited in the world. I booked this for my daughters 30th birthday it was her choice to go to Switzerland, neither of us had visited this part of the world before and it far exceeded our expectations. It took a plane, train and a taxi to get us to the hotel so a bit of a journey but sooooooo worth it. We flew to Milan, took a train to Lugano and got a cab up to the hotel. Tip catch the 444 bus from the train station, it so much cheaper than a cab and the bus drops you right outside the hotel, we used the bus every time after that to go down to the town. The hotel itself is stunning, the views are amazing, you have to see them to believe the photos do not capture the utter beauty of this place. You will also notice the peace, all you can hear is birdsong, it is absolute heaven. The hotel staff are amazing, they could not be more helpful. We has lots of questions and time and again they helped even printing bus time tables and giving us maps and tips. We had a welcome prosecco on arrival and then went to find our room. WOW! and what a room We had been upgraded from a garden room to a room with a view of the lake and a wrap around balcony. My daughter opened the balcony door and almost burst with excitement, it was amazing. We had a twin room which was large and super bathroom and even the view from the loo. The room was clean and comfortable, there is a safe, fridge and kettle. You are provided with robes, slippers and even a bag to pop your bits in when using the spa. This hotel has thought of everything. I could write a 10,000 word review on this hotel there is so much to say. The infinity pool is warm and you lean your elbows up on the side and just stare at that view. There is an amazing indoor pool which you can swim into from the outside pool through automatic doors. Tip give the sensors a little wave and the doors open quicker. We had two treatments in the Dot spa a massage on one day and a facial on the other, both fabulous and the staff in the spa are great. Breakfast was included in our room rate and had so much choice. We eat in the restaurant for lunch a dinner but also had room service and dinner on our balcony which was lovely and a little bit cheaper to. The view every where are fantastic, it takes 30 minute to get up the mountain so you are very high. There is a little airport way below and we loved watching the planes take off over the lake and we were still way above them. We took a walk through the Algra mountain one morning and whilst it is challenging (its very steep) it is so beautiful and worth the climb. I could say so much more but I think you should just go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed you will come away feeling on top of the world. My daughter loved it so much she is going to return with her husband for their 10th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Kurhaus we had the best time.

Hôtel charmant dans un cadre ravissant. Personnel souriant et attentionné. Chambre équipée de tout le confort nécessaire, avec de surcroît un joli balcon. Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner. Une petite mésaventure m’est arrivée dans cet hôtel : j’ai malencontreusement oublié dans ma chambre une pochette contenant mes foulards favoris. Lorsque je m’en suis aperçue, j’ai pris contact avec la réception, et mes précieux foulards m’ont été promptement renvoyés. Je remercie tous les membres de l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme !

La chambre était plutôt standard tout en étant confortable, et le reste fut parfait. Et le repas dégustation du soir a été pour nous un grand moment de plaisir. Des mets parfaits, une sélection de vins tout aussi parfaite, et un service superbe, alliant gentillesse, compétence et professionnalisme, avec la touche de bonne humeur et de gentillesse du sud. Et l’accueil à la réception et au petit déjeuner nous a beaucoup plu également.
