Este sábado celebramos la comunión de mi sobrino. Ana , hizo que este día fuera perfecto. En todo momento estuvo pendiente de todo visitando el salón persolmente. Nos dejó ir el día antes a colocar la decoración de la mesa dulce facilitándonos todos nuestros deseos. Había 2 niños con alergias y no tuvimos ningún problema para adaptar el menú de los niños. Los niños los atendió toda la tarde una monitora con juegos en la espectacular carballeira que tiene el salón Arcos. El salón estaba perfecto, con la decoración al detalle. La comida muy buena, a repetir todos los platos,( imposible comer todo) el personal atento a cualquier petición. No podemos más que dar las gracias a la dirección por ponernos tan fácil el evento y que todo saliera perfecto. Gracias Ana🤩

Hotel PSEUDO-petfriendly. Hicimos una reserva a través de Booking en este hotel porque permitía alojar mascotas (aunque ni siquiera pueden comer en el restaurante propio del hotel, ni te proporcionan NADA para el animal). Llegamos el viernes hicimos el chek-in (con el perro), el sábado realizamos el pago en el propio hotel (con el perro), salimos por la mañanas (con el perro), mediodías (con el perro) y noches (con el perro) así viernes, sábado y domingo (siempre con personas en la recepción). Cuando vamos a hacer el check-out la persona de recepción nos dice que debemos abonar 25€ por noche de suplemento de limpieza por el perro. En ningún momento se nos dice (ni en el check-in, ni cuando realizamos el pago, ni en las diferentes entradas y salidas). 25€/noche por “limpieza” sin avisar en ningún momento y sin proporcionar ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA para el perro. Por lo que debemos pagar 25€ por noche por utilizar nuestra propia cama de perro, comedero y bebedero que llevamos de casa. Teniendo en cuenta además que hemos pagado 150€/noche con la generosa cortesía de DOS CARAMELOS (ni una botella de agua, ni una cápsula de café, por supuesto no incluye ni desayuno, ni parking) y que la habitación tiene el plato de ducha y el lavabo en medio de la habitación, absolutamente cero recomendable. NEFASTA GESTIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN.

Hotel renovado, por lo que las instalaciones están impecables; ventanales, al menos de nuestra habitación, ocupando dos paredes enteras, bien insonorizadas y buenas camas. Solo ofrecen desayuno, ya que no tienen cafetería o restaurante. Buena ubicación cercana a la muralla. No puntúo más porque el personal de recepción tiene una falta de profesionalidad absoluta; ni te ofrecen mapas, ni te informan donde está la muralla como referencia,....., vamos que parece un hotel de check in automático, y, como cobran al llegar, pasan de ti al irte y si están fuera fumando o al móvil no se cortan y pasan de ti. En contraste el personal de limpieza y cafetería es amabilisimo.

We had an enjoyable stay at Parador de Vilalba. The room was spacious and comfortable - we had hoped to be staying in the old tower but this was not offered unfortunately. The restaurant was very quiet, but the service was excellent, the portions of food were huge, and of very good quality. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Estuvimos 2 adultos y 1 niña 4 noches en agosto en régimen AD. La habitación (con cama supletoria) era correcta sin mucho que destacar, si acaso que te ofrecen almohada de visco y que el colchón es cómodo y el armario grande, además de tener nevera. El baño correcto. Las vistas son a la parte de atrás (carretera) pero ya lo sabíamos, es lo típico si quieres al mar (y hay) pagas más, pero vamos que tampoco fue un problema pues no se notaba el ruido. En el semisótano estaba el restaurante donde desayunábamos (normalito) y un día cenamos (para el precio ok). Arriba está otro restaurante y un bar con vistas espectaculares, además de la propia terraza, un plus para tomar algo. Aparcar fuera se puede pero no parecía muy fácil, así que cogimos el pk debajo, pero no era caro (el precio marcado sí lo era pero nos hicieron un dcto y fue ok). Dentro del recinto hay también unas pequeñas casas/apartamentos, pista de tenis, minigolf (algo descuidado), spa (correcto porque tampoco es muy caro, pero nada del otro mundo). Al final también te amplía opciones si te quedas algún rato en el hotel y a la peque le gustó. Personal amable en general, sobre todo en recepción. Ubicación estupenda para (en coche) acerc**** a varias playas chulas de la zona o al centro de Viveiro (hay pk gratuito en el puerto) en pocos min.

PPengguna TetamuArriving for our two night stay we were impressed by the huge lobby. Check in was smooth with pleasant service. We were able to find a space to park on the road outside after having dropped our bags off in the room. We booked a suite and although it was very spacious, it lacked some luxury items that we had hoped for in the best rooms in the hotel. The suite was split into three separate areas - the bedroom was airy with a comfortable bed, reasonable sound proofing from the road below, adequate air conditioning. There was no tea/coffee making facilities and we would have liked robes and slippers to relax in. The sitting area had a sofa, but you sat staring at a blank wall, as the second TV as shown on the website was missing from our room. The bathroom had twin sinks, but a walk-in shower would have been nicer than stepping into the bath. Now for breakfast - this can only be described as a disaster! It was busy when we arrived, but we found one of the last made up tables and got juice. It was then we noticed a line of 8 or 9 people queuing at the only working coffee machine. The other two had run out and the overworked staff were struggling to do everything. We went for cereals, but had to ask for bowls as they had not been replenished. The same applied to the scrambled eggs, so again we had to ask for more. Whilst waiting for them, our table was cleared away, despite their being full drinks cups on it. When the scrambled eggs were brought out, we thought we would get some nice hot food, but when returning to our new table they were cold! The following day was a slight improvement, but still drinks machines kept needing to be refilled and guests having to request missing items. This hotel has the potential to be so much better.

PPengguna TetamuStaff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very simple but very nice, with a writing desk, closet, and bed. The place is clean and well-kept. There is also heating.
Breakfast was great as well with an assortment of fruits, juices, bread, and cold cuts. I got the Spanish tortilla, cheese, a muffin, a yoghurt, and a kiwi. Also had a glass of pineapple juice and heated up some milk in the microwave.

Si buscas un hotel con todos los servicios, a pié de playa y accesible, es una gran elección. A veces los resorts son tan grandes que personas con poca accesibilidad lso temen, y acaban yendo a hoteles sin servicios. Para estas personas, es ideal. Tiene parking, una rampa accesible desde la calle, la playa justo enfrente y sus dimensiones son pequeñas y cómodas. Coger una habitación con vista al mar es un lujo. El spa es pequeño pero tiene de todo, funciona, y la temperatura del agua es perfecta. El personal es diligente y simpático, y la limpieza muy buena. Por poner algun pero, el mini buffet de desayuno tenía carencias serias, como huevos o frutos secos. El cafe es bueno, pero el zumo de naranja de brick. En conjunto una estancia agradable y completa, muy recomendable para gente con poca o ninguna accesibilidad.

PPengguna TetamuElegí este hotel por una tarjeta regalo de un día y estuvimos tres, creo que fue un gran acierto. Desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, la dirección y el personal solo tenían un objetivo: ”HACERNOS LA ESTANCIA MAS INCREIBLE QUE PODIAMOS IMAGINAR”, las instalaciones, desde la habitación hasta el comedor y la terraza son una pasada, y como dije del personal desde la gerente Maria, y el resto del personal (Claudia, Lupe, Federico y la cocinera) sólo se preocupaban que estuviéramos lo más a gusto y bien atendidos que podían. Las comidas estaban a gran altura, tanto en la calidad, cantidad y servicio, además de unos precios muy razonables. Desde este medio, quiero recomendarlo a quien vaya a esa zona, y a la vez, reiterar mi agradecimiento a todos ellos, estuvimos como en familia. MUCHAS GRACIAS

Muy cerca del centro y de bares y restaurantes por si quieres salir a tomar unos vinos y con unas vistas a la ría espectaculares. Lo único regular es que el mobiliario se ha quedado un poco anticuado, los colchones y almohadas no son las más cómodas y alguna habitación olía un poco a tabaco rancio..pero es un hotel que recomendaría si vas a Ribadeo!

PPengguna TetamuSituado en un emplazamiento precioso, a unos 30´andando de Viveiro. El hotel es bastante reciente, habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Un único pero: la tele es demasiado pequeña para un hotel de 4 estrellas. El personal, fantástico. Muy amables y profesionales. Sobre el spa: está bien, pero en horas punta se queda pequeño. Ofrecen circuito de 50 y 90´. El corto son chorros y jacuzzi. Posiblemente el largo no vale la pena, en mi opinión, pero ya depende de cada uno (sauna húmeda, ducha de aromas, camas calientes...). Piscina cubierta de acceso libre. Agradable, aunque al no estar climatizada, dependes del día. No pudimos probar el restaurante panorámico, ya que tenían eventos y estaba lleno (recomendable reservar con antelación) Gimnasio pequeño, pero correcto. Desayuno buffet bastante bien. No excelente, pero si bien. Parking fácil en el exterior. No es necesario reservar.
