Prós: - quarto muito bom e amplo - cama king maravilhosa - bons travesseiros - ar condicionado perfeito - internet bem rápida - café da manhã super completo - vista do quarto maravilhosa - shopping Mendoza exatamente em frente - preços do restaurante razoáveis para Hilton - piscina coberta e aquecida - banheiro muito grande - banheira de imersão - staff de recepção cordial Contras: - POSSUI UM PÉSSIMO serviço de arrumação do quarto… TODOS OS DIAS esquecem de colocar alguma coisa… seja sabonete, toalha, sachê de bebidas… por exemplo, quando acabou o shampoo e condicionador (de uma excelente marca) que fica em garrafas presas na parede do box, não repuseram mesmo depois de reclamar 2 dias seguidos ! Quando a camareira veio até a porta para trazer shampoo (avulso) parecia que estava com muita má vontade e ainda ficou questionando com minha esposa que “amanhã iria repor”… (e não foi reposto !!!)… porém isso não adiantava nada pois nós PRECISÁVAMOS TOMAR BANHO !!! Um hotel de luxo não pode acontecer isso. INADMISSÍVEL uma equipe de camareiras tão despreparada assim ! -

The staff here are amazing. Everyone on the front desk were so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel special. We will never forget the level of service that we received. The breakfast buffet was great! Only wish the restaurant was open again. The pool area is nice, and it’s a 15 minute walk to Plaza Independecia, with the main restaurant areas close by to go to. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we will stay there again on our next trip!👍👍👍👍👍
