Hotel Lulea Municipality dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Aufgepasst bei der Buchung: in der Nebensaison ab ca. Mitte August keine Gastronomie und auch kein Freibad auf dem Gelände. Dies erfährt man erst vor Ort, keine Informationen darüber bei der Buchung, auf der Homepage bekommt man den Eindruck dass alles offen hat Die Strandstuga sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, recht unpersönlich aber wie erwartet und sauber. Sehr hellhörig und etwas wackelig. Man hört nicht nur jeden Tritt der Mitbewohner sondern spürt ihn auch. Zimmertüren kann man nicht zumachen, weil die Luft dann so stickig wird (Fenster kann man nicht aufmachen). Am privaten Strand lag Müll und einer der liegen war kaputt (es stand eine Schraube raus). Außerdem so viel Treibholz dass an Baden nicht zu denken war. An der Rezeption jederzeit freundliches Empfangen. Insgesamt für den gezahlten Preis absolut überteuert, wir kommen nicht wieder.

It was very cozy and beautiful Swedish hotel. I loved it very much and it was way cheaper than I expected in Sweden. The breakfast was everything. It was just amazing service they had and I would love to comeback again. I would definitely recommend to lot of Asians. It would be nicer if the reception is working longer and didn’t need to call in Swedish number. But other than that it’s very nice hotel I would recommend ❤️

The kitchen is dated, dirty and grotty. I made a cup of tea upon arrival and felt the kitchen and its utensils were unclean. I was totally put off my tea by the state of the kitchen. We were asked to make our beds ourselves with bedsheets left folded. And thank god we were, because as we made our beds we found a stale chip in one bed and a beetle bug in the other. There is no physical staff on site which makes it very difficult to resolve any matters quickly. I called a number through bookings and was put through to a third party outsourced company as it was late (10pm). They offered us a different room which we accepted on the condition we would inspect the beds before fully accepting. While the operator was on the phone we inspected the beds of the second room only to find a leech type worm in the bed. The only solution they could offer was a third bed but at this point we were not happy to stay here at all. So we took all our things and walked into the -40°C night to find alternative accommodation. This place is unclean, I do not recommend staying here at all.

I set out today for the Elite Lulea Hotel, hoping for a warmer welcome - nothing much, perhaps just a member of staff making eye contact with me, or even trying to smile. No luck. I made my way to my room. I was trying not to alarm anyone, so I walked in the local style, very, very slowly, eyes down, like someone on his way to be executed. 😞 My room was rather cold, but there was a fireplace ! A huge one ! No fire. Nothing... Except for four candles. Big candles, though. I lit them. The radiators were off, so I went to call for help. It took me some time to find the telephone. It was on a window sill, behind a curtain. I pushed a number of keys, and eventually hit the right one ” Could I speak to a manager ? ” I asked ”'He's not here ” ” Could I speak to an assistant manager, then ” ” There isn't one ” ” There's no manager at all ?! ” ” No, there's only me ” (This is a hotel that has 159 rooms...) ” Thank you ” I said ” No problem ” Later a Swede expains to me that the hotel cannot switch its radiators on. Apparently this has to be done by someone employed by the local council, who works in another part of the town, and who gets to turn on all the radiators in the town at the same time. Although, of course, it takes a season or two for them to warm up... Very friendly staff. I passed through Lulea the day before my booking and they were happy to look after my luggage for a few hours and even offered me a free orange juice as I was looking a little hot and bothered. The facilities were very good., The hotel contains a small gym and a sauna. Breakfast is of good quality. Working wi-fi.

After driving 14 hours from Stockholm to Luleå in -40° we arrived at a different accommodation to find it wasn't fit for purpose. At 10pm we rocked up to the front desk of Quality Hotel Luleå to be greeted by the friendly face of Mats. Our knight in shining armour, he set us up for the night in a lovely room for 3. After a hot shower and a cup of tea we all had a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast included the morning after was an added bonus. Marie was also very helpful in allowing us to store our perishables in the fridge. An absolute whirlwind of a first night in Lapland, it ended so much better than we had expected!

Tiada perkhidmatan sarapan pagi semasa wabak, dan kelengkapan dan bekalan bilik terlalu ringkas, tetapi nisbah harga/prestasi masih boleh diterima. Sebab kebetulan ada epidemik masa krismas, order jadi kecoh sikit tapi overall masih ok!
