Hotel terbaik di Lumut

Saya akan memberikan 5* untuk semua kemudahan/bilik dan perkhidmatan pelanggan/aktiviti/makanan di resort ini kecuali pihak pengurusan mungkin terlepas pandang hanya dalam 1 cadangan yang memerlukan penambahbaikan. Sukar untuk orang tua yang lemah kaki dan juga ibu bapa dengan kereta sorong bayi untuk ke tepi kolam renang dan kafe Makan Kitchen untuk sarapan, makan tengahari atau makan malam. Tidak kira sejauh mana orang tua bertongkat atau berjalan menolak kereta sorong bayi, mereka masih perlu melalui tangga sempit untuk turun. Sila semak perkara ini kerana resort anda adalah salah satu yang terbaik di negara yang pernah saya kunjungi. Terima kasih.

A beautiful hotel with lovely view, in dire need for a refurbishment. Double room on second floor was spacious & had a lovely sea & pool view. Beach was clean with soothing sea waves & calm sea. Bathroom sink needed to be unclogged upon check-in. Toilet flush has to be held down until all waste has been ”sucked” in. No toiletries holder in shower area besides the built-in space for bar soap. Pretty inconvenient as there was no space to place face wash, shampoo bottle, bath gel bottle. Shower screen is old and unsightly. Aircond is noisy. Cabinet door covering mini refrigerator squeaks upon opening and closing. Instant coffee sachet provided did not taste like coffee. Hotel is very near to 7-11, Speedmart99, many dry seafood produce retail shops, jetty & few eateries. Laundry bag & bedroom slippers provided. No hair dryer & iron in room. Need to request. Had very good Americano coffee, doughnut & nasi lemak at 989 Cafe near the jetty. Warm hospitality & cosy cafe. Definitely worth a second visit, if hotel is refurbished.

This is our first time stay here! It’s a good experience. The resort is beautiful as per photos shown. Just perhaps in future a clearer instruction for the location of registration would be nice. But overall staying here is good and near to Pantai too 😉

Good location - in town area n faces the sea. Wonderful sea breeze! Jetty is nearby. Friendly front office personnel. Basic room but very clean with a comfortable bed. Has a water dispenser outside the room. Worth to stay here. Will definitely be back!

Sy book bilik family superior..ting 2 , tiada tangga agak sukar UTK org tua dan ada baby mcm saya UTK naik sebab tiada tangga. Tp bilik memang besar la. Cuma Tiada kettle disediakan dalam setiap bilik perlu berjalan ke luar menggunakan water dispensar diluar setiap kali nak minum. Cuma at least sediakan lah gelas or cawan each bilik. Ni semua takde. Aircond tak boleh control..Sgt sejuk..so we keep on &off aircond jika terlalu sejuk. Bila off panas la pulak..adoi. MMG tak nyenyak tidur. Lepas tu jiran sebelah Sgt bising. Die book 2 bilik ..so anak2 mereka keep keluar masuk bilik..tutup pintu kuat..berborak di beranda. Saya dah la ada bby. Baby nk tidur pun keep awake. Tiada manner duduk hotel..tak pandai jaga anak..biar bising. worst nite la kat sana. 25hb Disember. Harap jika baca ni...Sy rasa awk better dok homestay la kalau nak buat hotel ni mcm rumah sendiri .tak hormat jiran bilik kiri kanan..depan belakang. Homestay pun ada jiran. Hidup ni kena hormat org lain . Sorry gambar tak berkaitan

My husband and I chose to have our honeymoon at Pangkor Laut Resort two days after our wedding, and it was the best trip of our lives so far. We had a good first impression of the resort even before we reached the resort. We had arranged in advance for land transfer from Ipoh airport to Marina Island Pangkor, and we thought to have the driver pick us up at 10am even though our flight landed at 8.30am (just in case we faced delays with our flight or at immigration) but we were surprised when he was already waiting for us when we landed at 8.30am. After a 1.5h road trip from the airport to the office, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and towel, and was then escorted to PLR on a speedboat with one other couple (which made us feel special, haha). Upon arrival at the resort, we were again welcomed with a little refreshment and had a staff attend to us immediately, helping us to plan our itinerary for the rest of the week that we were staying there. As we were still early and the rooms were not ready, we had lunch at the Feast Village and then rested in the library, which was very cosy with a good selection of books (only downside was there were so many house lizards, though I am not sure if anything could be done to prevent them from coming). Our room at the Garden Villa was wide and spacious, and we received a congratulatory drink from the resort to celebrate our wedding as well. (It was a nice gesture, but nothing could compare to the attentiveness of the different staff we met over the week, who, upon noticing the henna stains on our hands, congratulated us warmly in person). We also loved that the Garden Villa was so near to the Feast Village and Uncle Lim's Kitchen, which we kept going back to for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as the food options across the two kitchens were varied and more importantly, delicious. The service at the kitchens were also amazing - Chef Liza was so friendly and approachable that she made us feel at home, and Masum and Nadim went out of their way to make each dining experience feel special for us (such as seating us at places where we would have unobstructed views of the beach, and offering to take photos of us without us even thinking of it). Other experiences we had at the resort were going for the jungle walk, swimming at Emerald Bay and having lunch at Chapman's Bar, and yoga. However, our favourite activity on the resort was going for the spa experience. It was so refreshing and phenomenal, and truly, no other spa can beat PLR's spa. We were pampered from head to toe, and the different bath experiences set the spa apart from other spas out there. The staff were also so knowledgeable and generous with sharing what they know, that both my husband and I learnt so much about the natural ingredients used in our sessions. Definitely made the experience more meaningful and personal for us, and after a hectic wedding weekend, the spa made us feel well rested and rejuvenated. We also got a free room upgrad

Boleh la.. repeat Kali yg kedua tido ini.. Tuala dia tak bersih..ada yg berbau.. Cadar dia mcm kuning kuning ..untuk buat tido semalam leh la .. Harap dapat tingkatkan kualiti kebersihan Meja TV dia mcm nak roboh

Poor Maintenance of Virgo Teluk Batik Resort. The room are outdated while full of dust. Even though they have changed my room, it still dirty and i can't complaint much since im so tired and Im pretty sure it will take longer time for them to fix it. Me and my husband decided to move from 419 to 104. Both room have a very dusty and poor maintenance. They also leave old pipe at the toilet. (I believe the maintenance guy forgot about it). We also have a difficulty in opening the door due to their lock issue. If possible, i can write tans of complain hoping them to upgrade their hotel. Too bad since they have a good location (5 mins walk to Teluk Batik Beach), but poor resort facilities and maintenance. Not to forget the lift are too small for 5 adult people to be in. Dirty lift since no staff stopping the guest from changing their cloth (after playing at the pool/ beach) before they use the lift. However, I like how Puan Normala engage with the guest and overcome the situation when the guest are unsatisfied with the room. She also alert on her surrounding. I make a complaint to the staff at the front office (male) without knowing his name since he have no name tag. Instead of listening to my complaint he straight away asking me to wait for a housekeeping staff at our current room. Second time i came to the lobby complaining that they are giving us wrong info through their only platform (room with balcony) while the room they assign to us are without balcony. Puan normala straight away talking to me and saying that she heard i request for a room change. I was surprise. She is a good leader and have a very good empathy and customer service. 10/10 for her service.

I use trip and got half price from the normal rate. The hotel is so good. The room is big enough for traveller like me. The location is center of the lumut city surrounded by many restaurant and shop
