Hotel berhampiran Mariaparken, Lund

Having stayed multiple times at Magles Smiley Inn, I feel very comfortable giving my warm recommendations! The owner is goodhearted and very service-minded. As some previous reviewers have stated, there is selldom any staff around upon arrival, but by talking to the owner before arriving (e-mial with info and contact details are sent out some time before arrival) you can get all the information you need and make the request that you wish. I have yet to encounter any kind of problem. The building is old and cosy, with rooms that are nicely decorated, warm and in good condition. The beds are super nice and the location is one of the absolute best in Lund with the absolute city center only a couple of minutes away by foot, but situated on a very quiet street; the best of both worlds!

Arrived late Saturday and breezed through check in. No queue at reception despite the hotel being nearly booked full. Reception staff was very polite and the lobby was modern and clean. Since I booked my trip so late, the only room left was without a window. I thought this was odd at first and then realized how brilliant it was to have this option. Coming with significant jet lag, the lack of a window ended up be a pro move. It was also wonderfully quiet! Room itself was very Swedish. To that point, decorated with a purpose. The was immaculate and the in room refrigerator was nicely stocked with snacks and beverages. One of the real perks was the shower. Great water pressure, warm water, and the shampoo and soap smelled amazing. Breakfast was open early around 0630 to 0930. The hotel requires you to sign up for a time at reception. Menu was very international and I am certain anyone staying here could find something to eat. Will also add the coffee was hot and very good! I ate at the hotel each day for breakfast since it was so close to our office. I think the hidden gem of the hotel is hiding in plain sight: the lobby bar. Very nice set up, plenty of seats and a great selection. What made this bar so much fun was Haris the bartender. Literally made this short trip so much fun. He provided so much information on Lund and even gave us a tour on his day off! The hotel is REALLY lucky to have such a great person on staff. Most of the people I was traveling with ended up bonding with Haris as well during their stay. Will definetely look forward to visting Lund again and will plan to stay here again. I stayed in this hotel for one night. The room was a bit small but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and explained things clearly. I've stayed in hotels in 3 other countries in Europe were the breakfast buffet was included. The breakfast buffet in this hotel was the best I've had so far.

酒店房間特別大，而且離我中央車站及教堂廣場都很近。週末早上右手邊小廣場有個跳蚤市場，挺有意思的。 唯一一點不愉快的就是酒店把我的按金又給扣了，操作錯誤，但是攜程已經解決退給我。

Nettes Hotel in einem schönen Ort. Viele Restaurants drumherum. Für uns ideal als Zwischenstopp. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals haben uns begeistert.

We spent five nights at the Clarion Hotel Malmö Live, a modern and stylish hotel. The hotel is ideally located near the train station and the downtown area, where we could find many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was cozy and well-equipped, high floor with a stunning view of the city. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of fresh and local dishes and excellent coffee. We never got tired of eating there for five days in a row. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay in Malmo!
