No receptionist after working hours 8-5. But can Whatsapp the number provided into the room for assistance. The gate will be closed in the evening but there is a gate remote control provided with the room keys and staircase main door access card. Facilities quite complete including washing machine, dryer machine, mini kitchen (all sharing). Got swimming pool on the top floor and a mini gym too. Walk to the front got some eateries but at night it's close.

Hotel ne mmg x salah pilih sbb teramat sesuai untuk berehat selepas penat hiking. 🛖Hotel -terletak di kampung santubong, jalan pantai puteri -check in pada 11 march 2022 -booking di trip.com rm328 with breakfast dan dinner -hotel ne dah 15tahun beroperasi -kami sampai dalam pukul 4pm, waktu sampai pintu pagar tertutup sunyi sepi agak confius betul ka x location ne 😅, try hon terus autogate terbuka dan disambut oleh staff yg sgt peramah. -entrance pintu mcm bali mmg dah dpt 1st impression hotel ne best dgn view gunung santubong mmg kacak sgt -proses check in cepat, diberi penerangan time check out pukul 11am, dinner kena pilih menu dan time nak mkn melalui application goggle web. Pintu pagar akan ditutup pukul 10pm, so parking kereta kat luar la, tapi ada pintu kecil masuk ke dlm hotel. -kanak2 di bawah umur 12 tahun tidak dibenarkan stay disini. -kat sini ada bilik jenis dorm dan lebih murah untuk jenis backpackers 🛖Bilik -semua bilik di tingkat atas, so kena hiking lagi naik tangga, dah la kaki dah keras naik gunung santubong 😂. -kasut tidak dibenarkan dibawa masuk ke bilik, kena letak di luar 😀 -makanan pun x dibenarkan mkn dlm bilik. Staff ne ckp takut biawak dtg 😂 -bilik yg di book adalah jenis village double room, keluasan bilik x besar sgt 20m2, tapi masih ada ruang yg ngam2 ja nak solat. -bilik air luas -kebersihan 9/10 -bilik mmg turn on lawa sgt- sesuai untuk honeymoon. -satu ja kelemahan bilik agak panas walaupun ada aircond dan kipas, sbb wall nya adalah zink. Tapi waktu malam sejuk. -bilik tiada TV, xada kettle, xada teh or kopi, nak minum kena p cafe. -masuk ja bilik ada bau pandan mcm hotel kat bali. 🛖kemudahan -parking kereta available but limited dan space nya pun sempit untuk kereta besar2, mcm kami naik axia so xada masalah nak selit2 ja 😀 -swimming pool mmg lawa, kedalaman 1.5m dibuka dari 7am-7pm limited 5org ja dlm pool, SOP -ada 2 bicycle boleh ronda2 area kampung -berdekatan dengan pantai, so petang boleh layan sunset by walking distance 🛖Dinner & Breakfast -Makanan dia mmg best dan sedap walaupun ala carte. -Dinner mcm candle light dinner ❤️, ada appetiser, main course dan desert( kami order mushrooms soup, salad, spaghetti olio, fish n chips, banana split, kek lapis sarawak with ice cream, watermelon juice, fresh orange juice, latte, long black) -breakfast plak order bihun goreng, pan cake -rasa amat berbaloi gan harga di bayar dgn service dinner dan bfast. 🛖Value for money - tersangat la berbaloi dari semua aspect -recomended untuk honeymoon -semoga bermanfaat 

Booked 3 Room for 2nights. Family trip . The pillow smells damp. Fire alarm rang for at least 10 mins at 8am next day morning, not once but twice. It's very annoying. Evening time , we went out for lunch. When we back to our room, the key card is not working, for all the room. Waited long time for them to pass us the new key. When finally the staff pass us the new key , I told the staff to bring over a trolley as our holiday mode is affected so we decided to check out. Waited another 15 mins and the trolley is not there. I went to the reception to check and the staff replied : ”Ohh u want to check out ? But from the system check out will be tomorrow ”. exactly the same staff that passed us the key and I told him to bring us trolley earlier . Bad experience for this hotel .

First and foremost would like to thank the front office team for arranging such a special moment for us and was so welcoming and nice from start to finish. The room from from the comfort, the amenities, the cleanliness is all great! We really love the bathtub as everything is already prepared. Breakfast was really nice and lovely. The spread was great, the food is delicious, the staff was really nice and attentive. Me and my partner loved both pools our private room pool and also the main pool was great! Thank you once again for the great & memorable holiday! ＜3

Roxy Sematan Beach Resort A 3 hour drive from Kuching towards Sematan and you’ll arrive at a HOTSPOT of a location. Roxy’s beach resort is THE thing, and it explodes with patrons on weekends! Thankfully, we came on a weekday where it was very much less crowded; and we were also given frontliner promo rates(only available on weekdays), and we stayed in the Beachfront Canopy! Perfect for the four of us (myself, Michelle, mom and sister) Beach Vibes that’s the only reason you’d come all the way here. With kilometres of an endless sandy beach stretch, and especially with the backdrop of Talang-Talang Island, it truly is picturesque. Rent a bicycle, rev up an ATV, go kayaking or jet skiing, or even rent a speedboat to Talang-Talang Island; there’s really quite a lot to do! At night, Michelle and I strolled at beach in the dark; it was romantic and breezy. Roxy’s food court is vibrant with life, and the Chinese seafood (Sam Tsai Seafood) there was really good! Just don’t expect too much from the buffet breakfast spread though after all, the main reason you’d come here is for the beach vibes. Travel Tip: -go on weekdays. Really. The staff told me that on weekends, the beach is incredulously full of people; almost the entire stretch of beach is occupied. -if you’re a frontliner, give them a call and get your frontliner promo just show your badge upon checking in. -use Waze, expect a road trip for 3 hours

The location is far from town. Almost 2 hour drive. The scenery is great. Beach is clean. Can do bbq at night. Good for family, couple or tesm building group. Igloo are antique and family room spacious. Must stay and experience at least once in our life time. No regret. All staff are friendly especially Mr Raymond and Ms Aina. They replied all message according. Thank your for the good service.
