離高鐵站很近，周圍也很安靜（看名字和價格會誤解），入住第二晚整個區域停電，客房、電梯都沒電，連電話都斷線，這個就很無語，想必酒店方也沒遇到過這種事，就是讓等（房間有配手電筒，一開始很奇怪，這個價位的細節做得和三、四星差不多了，但是遇上停電後，瞬間瞭然了），也沒有給出善後方案，後來還是聯繫了攜程客服，更換了酒店並退還了當日房費。 從17樓拿着行李走樓梯，也是別樣的體驗（10層往下樓梯間應急燈不亮，4層往下樓層沒有開門，有點刺激） 總體來説還是挺好的，就這地理位置和價位，還這個大的房間和配置（全屋智能），還要啥自行車🚲

我定了好多次了，每次去的話就住這家，我沒有想到昨天上午還沒有退房，他們工作人員，直接刷房卡進來了，我就可無語，本來對咱家的服務別的啥的都特別滿意，沒想到，為了給別人找房間門都不敲直接就刷房卡開門，幸好我那時候已經穿好衣服了，還好我是個男生如果是個女生呢如果那個女生沒有穿衣服在洗澡或者在休息，如何保證人家的私隱呢，真的挺無語的，兩點退房中午12點正在吃飯呢就聽到外面吵鬧的聲音接着門就被刷開了，我就想知道不知道有沒有人不會先敲一下門嗎？不會打電話問一下退房沒有？不會在後台看一下有沒有退房，不知道是不是有意的，隨意開房門全是安全隱患
