Starway Hotel (Luoyang Luoyi Ancient City Lijingmen)

The hotel is excellent, with massive rooms and very comfortable beds. It is also very convenient for getting a Didi, as the hotel is located right on the main road. It's very nice hotel. I arrived at hotel on 11am and staff hotel let me check in since then. I very appreciate to staff service. Room very cleans. Hotel is very near to Lijingmen street, can walk to it. Finally, I'm very appreciate and hope to come back soon.

The hotel is really close to the attractions and are within walkable distance (~5-30mins). Pleasant stay with very helpful reception staffs. My room type was initially unavailable when I extended my stay, but after a cancellation, the reception team kindly helped rebook it so I didn’t need to move while still enjoying a lower rate. One area for improvement would be the safety markings on the steps at Level 1. The lighting in that area is quite dim, and the warning stickers are in dark blue, making it easy to miss. Unfortunately, my father didn’t notice the step, fell, and was injured. That said, the staff were caring and attentive in assisting us afterward.

We were a big group, and check-in took way too long. Otherwise, the service was good. Breakfast variety is ok but taste-wise could be improved. Location is excellent with a short walk to Lijingmen. Our rooms were spacious.

Hotel room spacious and clean, breakfast good variety, location good, easy access to street food. Good laundry amenities with great washer and dryer. Highly recommended.

This is our extended stay in this hotel. (we stayed here for two days and extended for another 4 days). The location is unbeatable—it's just steps away from Zhonglou MRT Station (Exit F), making it incredibly easy to get around. If you love food, this is the place to be. There’s a food street right downstairs with an amazing variety of local eats, and the Luomashi pedestrian street is also just a short walk away. One of the hotel highlights was the breakfast—the food was both delicious and incredibly filling, providing the perfect start to our day. Another huge bonus for us was the washing machine. Being able to handle our laundry easily during the trip was a total game-changer and made our stay feel much more like home. The staff also really made our trip special. From the receptionists to the housekeeping team, everyone is well-trained and professional. They were consistently polite and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. We felt completely taken care of throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great value!

We stay at this hotel from 8-12 Apr and is super impressed by the service level provided by the hotel staff. all of queries and requests were promptly attended to and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the hotel is also well located with many nearby food outlets.  The main tourist attractions are also located within walking distances. a recommended place to stay

Excellent service! Staff from all levels starting from the reception, room cleaners, breakfast restaurant and other are so cheerful, helpful and lovely making our stays felt so welcome. Special thanks to 甜甜from front desk reception who extended great hospitality beyond her responsibilities. Great coffee machine and abundance of drinking water made available for travelers. Strategic location and walking distance to many attractions. Variety of food during breakfast in the restaurant. I have no hesitation to book in this hotel again!

Good location. Friendly staffs. Limited breakfast selection. Has air conditioning, great! Water leaking out from the shower stall slightly.
