The humanized facilities and considerate butler service make customers feel comfortable and warm during their stay. This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

Very helpful staffs. They have small flyers of interesting places in Louyang & how to get there. Can use free washing machine at lobby.

Hotel is very well run, managed and maintained. The reception front desk : Ms Gao, Ms. Guo and Bei Bei were extremely helpful and nice . They helped us with tour recommendation and even gave us a hotel room upgrade. We had a great stay.

The room was very big, tidy and very clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is located quite far from the main attractions but there’s a bus stop in front of it. Recommended!

房間住的挺滿意的，每次來洛陽出差都會選擇他們家，服務也很不吃 基本跟前台都認識了，房間空間也比較大，還比較適合我們這種出差得人士，前台張貝小姑娘也是幫忙延遲退房等等 周圍也比較方便 等等 前台後面也可以辦公等等

房間住的都還挺不錯 服務也不錯 周邊也挺方便啥的 給酒店提個小小的建議 就是房間的設施也可以好好的排查一下還有一些洗護用品等等，前台張貝也是給帶了洛陽的一些小禮品等等也很是負責人點贊

來洛陽玩了好幾天，選擇這家酒店，整體性價比也可以 早餐也不錯，房間面積寬敞.床墊柔軟， 睡得很舒服，帶着小朋友還給我們升級了房間，帶着鳥籠沙發很新穎，前台的小妹妹們郭冰服務也很好

第一次來這家酒店酒店入住，沒想到第一次選擇整體還都可以，性價比挺好的，第一晚入住房間的就淋浴間有點問題，告知前台後高冰也是第一時間給我們進行處理，軟性服務非常出乎意料

設施：房間位於高樓層，面積很大，暖風充足，隔音效果好，床鋪非常舒服。設施齊全，有床頭總控，門廳感應燈。衞生間做了乾濕分離。酒店有專用電梯，方便快捷。 衞生：房間無異味，床具和桌面無灰塵，衞生間無污跡。 服務：前台接待員張冰小姐態度熱情友好，服務專業。走廊提供額外的免費飲用水，可供自取。酒店配有旅遊指南，還有離店伴手禮相贈，非常人性化。 個人認為是非常適合多人出行的一家酒店，一個人住有點浪費了這麼寬敞的空間了😂總評為非常推薦
