Cleanliness and size of the room was great. The hotel is feels very fancy, the staff are helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. The location is perfect if you are going to be taking the train.

Our stay at Marriott was great: the room was clean and spacious with view on the lake, the breakfast was delicious, with Asian and European food. The service was really 5 star and the concierge service, with Mr. John Zhang (really fluent in English), went far beyond our expectations: he booked for us a lot of attractions, organized the private driver and helped us with any little issue we had, from language difficulties to ticket entrance problems, really caring about us. A great thank you, you made our stay the perfect one.

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Luoyang. They upgraded it for us free of charge. There are coffee and tea available in the lobby, and guests are free to drink them as they wish. Chinese breakfasts also come in many varieties and are very tasty. There are just two improvements I'd like to see made: the hairdryer doesn't get warm enough. Whether it's blue, orange, or red, the wind is cold. It will take a woman some time to dry her hair. in addition, the shower room is designed to allow water to flow easily to the toilet side, and if you do not put hot water towards the drain outlet, the toilet may be flooded. I think this is a reasonably priced, good hotel—provided you pay attention to just those aspects.

Booked this hotel because it was near to the Longmen High Speed Rail Station. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. They allowed us to checkin earlier and also offered us a later checkout time. The room was very clean and comfortable. Across the hotel, there is a mall where you can find food and do some shopping. I like the location because it was less crowded compared to the ancient city areas. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Louyang again next time.

Had a great 2 night stay. Not far from Luoyang Longmen High Speed Train Station. Cost 10 rmb by Didi. There is a subway station stop near the hotel but not very close. Took Didi's wherever I went. They were cheaper than in other Chinese cities.
Room was clean and looked new. Bed was soft and good shower. You could hear noise from the person next door though near the window though. If you order food to the hotel they'll put it in the robot downstairs and it'll deliver to your room.
There isn't much in the area around the hotel. There's a HaiDiLao and a popular beef soup place across the street but that's it. Not much for convenience stores.
First time I've ever commented this but they had clean, fast elevators which was great. AC in room was strong during hot summer days. I'd stay there again if I return to Luoyang.

The first room we were allocated smelled of smoke when we’d booked a non-smoking room but the staff member who had accompanied us to the room completely agreed, understood entirely and quickly allocated us another room. The breakfast was nice, location excellent, just wish smoking was restricted to outside only!

Loved this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making the stay really comfortable. The room service was excellent—fresh bottles of water were provided every day, which was a nice extra touch. The location was perfect as well, making it easy to get around and explore. Would definitely stay here again.

Our five-night New Year's stay at the International Hotel, Luoyang was nothing short of impeccable. The hotel provided a wonderfully cozy refuge from the winter cold. The staff were exceptional—consistently helpful and proactive. On their recommendation, we attended the special New Year's Eve dinner at their restaurant, which featured a sumptuous feast. To our delight, we even won a prize in the lucky draw! The surprises continued on New Year's Day when the staff generously presented me with a surprise birthday cake during dinner. It was a truly memorable stay filled with warm hospitality.

This is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment.
The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful.
The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad.
There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing.
The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day.
Overall it was a good experience.

jenny&zhong酒店位置很方便 ，就在高鐵站旁邊，曬不到太陽也淋不到雨，尤其對看演唱會的朋友，地鐵有免費接駁直達車到場館，去景點地鐵換乘也方便，房間夠大，乾淨 有沙發和桌子，朋友出遊 泡茶☕️不錯 早餐豐富有特色，下次看演唱會還會訂這裏
