Hotel is close proximity to attractions and easily accessible to buses and metro. The hotel room was comfortable and cozy; and does provide standard amenities. The room was also properly maintained. Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. And there was gifts when we checked out.

The lobby at this hotel is underwhelming but don't let that fool you. The room was immaculate and there were many little details that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. The location required a didi to most tourist spots unless you're willing to hoof it. Nice neighborhood alley just to the west of the hotel with fresh baked bread and cold diahes after 4:30 pm.

Io e altri due amici abbiamo alloggiato qui per due notti durante il nostro viaggio in Cina. La camera è molto spaziosa, con un soppalco per il letto matrimoniale; l’ampio soggiorno ha il divano con un tavolino, la TV, il letto singolo, il lavandino e una vasca; il bagno ha il wc e una doccia molto grande, ma è separato dal soggiorno da un vetro che, seppur opaco, lascia intravedere le sagome. Accettabile ma noi occidentali non ci siamo abituati. La colazione è servita esclusivamente in camera, ed è cinese, anche se la scelta spazia tra diversi menù. Le camere sono gestite dall’assistente vocale e per fare alcune cose, come aprire e chiudere le tende, è necessario imparare i comandi in cinese, perché non esistono pulsanti di azione manuali. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili, e sono dotati di un traduttore portatile per sostenere le conversazioni con i clienti stranieri. La posizione è ottima, a poca distanza dalla Old Town, basta attraversare il ponticello. Subito al di là del ponte c’è anche la fermata del DiDi. Nel complesso l’hotel è moderno e pulito, e lo consiglierei sicuramente per una tappa a Luoyang.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. 1) The hotel is very beautiful outside and inside. 2) Very beautiful, clean and modern room, equipped with everything you need. 3) Good location: nearby park for walks, pedestrian street with lots of street food and entertainment. 4) Nice reception staff. I really liked this hotel. I would stay here again for a longer period.

Good location, plenty of places to eat , shopping etc all within walking distance (5-15 minutes ) the staff were friendly , the rooms clean , the gym was better than expected also. The lobby has a small coffee shop (just as god as Starbucks but cheaper ). I didn’t try the food at the hotel but plenty of good local restaurants nearby

The service was very good, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were promptly met during our 2-night stay. The gym, though small, was nicely equipped with essential instruments, perfect for a quick workout session. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream offered in the hotel lobby—a sweet treat that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was nice as well blending a diversified Chinese style with Western elements, catering to a variety of tastes. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The hotel demonstrated excellent value for money, making us feel valued and well-cared for. It's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation that won't break the bank.

Biliknya luas, yang tidak mudah di hotel lama, dan mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap. Lokasinya sangat baik. Ini sudah kali kedua saya mendaftar masuk. Kereta bawah tanah masih dalam pembinaan kali terakhir saya mendaftar masuk. Kali ini, pintu masuk stesen terletak betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Ia berjarak 5 perhentian dari Yingtianmen dan Mingtiantang. Ia hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari Menara Gulou di Luoyi Ancient City. Terdapat tempat letak kereta di hadapan dan belakang, kakitangannya ramah dan mesra, dan 3 pelayan akan membawa kejutan setiap hari. Bukan mudah untuk mencapai kebebasan air dan menambahnya pada bila-bila masa.

Probably the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 3 week trip through china. It is a small hotel, but very nice and clean. The staff were very nice, and were very helpful when I was trying to use the free laundry facilities. Plenty of restaurants around, including one noodle house that stayed open until 2 am. We got back from a long day trip very late at night and the front desk suggested to us this late night noodle house which was about a five minute walk around the corner. If I ever return to luoyang, I would stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it!

Loved the location, quite serene, beautiful room, gym/quiet yoga space to work out. Breakfast spread selection was good, with a good international section, good selection of ham, cheese as well as as local dishes, noodles, fruits and even yogurt drink. We were impressed with the easy pickup service from train station and customer service from 赵嘉璐, 高高昊阳 through out our stay. She even recommended a noodle place (so very good) with yummy freshly baked meat pie, which is a local crusty pastry like bread with freshly stir-fry/BBQ donkey meat. Overall, all the service people we met there were kind and helpful. Thank you a lovely and warm stay in Luoyang 😍
