I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan.
Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already.
I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

小朋友很喜歡這個房間，床品是小豬佩奇的，還有一個小童小帳篷，小童拖鞋洗漱用品一應俱全，帳篷裏的星星小抱枕也特別喜歡。
房間乾淨整潔，一開始預訂酒店就是因為2.4米的床對於全家出遊特別友好，床非常舒適，枕頭也很軟，其次最舒適的是房間裏的沙發和椅子，坐着就不想動了🤣
酒店的服務特別好，我們自駕到洛陽，進了地庫找停車位找了挺久的，給酒店一打電話就有工作人員下來帶着我們找車位了，停好車很熱情的引導我們上樓辦理入住。酒店的工作人員每一位都非常熱情，善解人意，下次來洛陽還住這裏🥰🥰🥰

入住後感覺還是有點失望的，剛入住衞生間都沒用，牆上就三四處長頭髮粘着，顯然是沒有打掃乾淨，洗手枱都是水印，地上牆邊之類的就不用説了，因為入住晚了湊合住一晚就算了，感覺還不如前一晚住的一百多的酒店，價格幾乎兩倍但是讓人很失望……另外位置如果是去景點市區的還是比較遠的，離地鐵站也很遠，去景點和夜市之類的感覺不那麼方便，唯一讓人欣慰一點的就是早餐還不錯，但是話説回來比其之前住的酒店價格高出100左右，什麼早餐吃不到？其餘真的性價比不高，房間設施都比較老舊，搭毛巾的不銹鋼架都是銹跡斑斑，衣櫃裏也是灰塵……有個小冰箱還是擺設，總之挺失望的，對不起這個價格！

FForkyThis Hotel is very beautiful. The room was enormous, in a fantastic condition and very very clean. The view outside of Luoyang was amazing as well. Metro is very close, around 5-10 minute walk. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area and not even a 5 minute walk to a mall close by. The staff was very kind and helpful, which made check-in/check-out very easygoing. Room gets cleaned everyday and they bring a little fruit basket everyday to your room too, amazing service! I highly recommend staying here :)

LLiVivianI really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here.
Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

NNeilChristian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time.
The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality.
The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to.
Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

IIan71Expensive, perhaps. But we found it worth the money because it is just 5 mins from the river by electric cart and another 15 mins walk to the entrance,(and tickets) to the Longmen Grottoes.There is delicious food with a notable discount making it affordable to mid budget travellers. And there is an amazing full size swimming pool (empty but with lifeguard when we used it) and there are beautiful large rooms and corridors full of art. Only... Don't count on sitting on terrace to watch a multicoloured lazer and light show. This show finished a few years back. Now the evening lights are simply a gentle flow to allow a night walk/visit. And the terrace is tiny, standing only! Finally, while some of the other Chinese guests were clearly wealthy and we were clearly more midrange tourists, the staff dedicated us lots of attention and care with loads of patience (given VPN translation issues)... So highly recommended!

5) stored our luggage for free
6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out
Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

Kereta bawah tanah masih dalam pembinaan kali terakhir saya mendaftar masuk. Kali ini, pintu masuk stesen terletak betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Ia berjarak 5 perhentian dari Yingtianmen dan Mingtiantang. Ia hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari Menara Gulou di Luoyi Ancient City. Terdapat tempat letak kereta di hadapan dan belakang, kakitangannya ramah dan mesra, dan 3 pelayan akan membawa kejutan setiap hari. Bukan mudah untuk mencapai kebebasan air dan menambahnya pada bila-bila masa.

My friend says she was not satisfied with the breakfast because it was mostly a Chinese traditional one, not the western type that we’re used to. I think it had many different options, so I would say I liked it!
