Just completed the trip today, it's still fresh...can't express enough gratitude and appreciation to the hotel staffs! Enjoyed so much of the great services, great people around, beautiful scene and the delicious food...I was in a family visit in Luoyang, and stayed for about two weeks, every morning starting with a rich buffet breakfast, with beautiful surroundings. The team members are so wonderfully trained, friendly, professional, considerate....I would guess this probably is due to the great leadership of the Hotel, since I have a couple of times interacted with the manager Daniel Chang, he is knowledgeable, responsible, considerate and dedicated to work hard to ensure the best service quality of the hotel. I can go on and on, to mention each one of the hotel teams I met...if you get a chance to visit Luoyang, try Ramada by Wyndham Luoyang Downtown, hope you will have the same experience as I did.

不過，房間對我來説稍微有點小，旅行箱幾乎沒有地方放，雖然「麻雀雖小，五臟俱全」，房間內的日用品還算充足，還有瓶裝水提供。 值得一提的是，有一次我從外面觀光回來後，房務部沒有補充飲用水，但我打電話叫酒店服務，他們很快就送來了。
不過，房間裏的拖鞋用過後也沒有補充新的，這點有些遺憾。 至於淋浴的水温，則是有點忽冷忽熱，水力時大時小，這讓我在洗澡時感到不太方便。
早餐的選擇相對單一，主要是一些炒菜和粥麪，飲品方面衹有咖啡、牛奶和豆奶，對於喜歡多樣化早餐的人來説可能會稍顯不足。
總體來説，洛陽奧維斯精緻酒店是一個適合拍照打卡的好地方，位置優越，設施齊全，但在房間的細節和早餐的多樣性上還有提升的空間。

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the hotel exuded a modern and fresh style that promised a comfortable stay. The service was very good, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were promptly met during our 2-night stay.
The gym, though small, was nicely equipped with essential instruments, perfect for a quick workout session. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream offered in the hotel lobby—a sweet treat that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was nice as well blending a diversified Chinese style with Western elements, catering to a variety of tastes. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The hotel demonstrated excellent value for money, making us feel valued and well-cared for. 親戚來洛陽玩，晚上住宿就安排在了家門口的雲怡酒店，以前經常在這吃烤鴨，之前是前門烤鴨店，大廳特別高大上，前台接待和保安大叔都特別熱情，大讚！房間也特別乾淨，沒有異味，舒心！第二天中午就安排在了一樓的銅火鍋店，服務和酒店同樣的熱情，環境和酒店也很搭，關鍵菜也經濟實惠，味道也特別棒，我們四個大人才消費了一百多塊，比周圍的火鍋店都划算！我們要的鴛鴦鍋！以後再有招待就他們家了，吃住玩一條龍！門口就是洛邑古城北門，太方便了！臨走酒店還送了鮮花餅！感謝🙏！吃飯和住宿太有面子了！👩🏻👩🏻

Before coming have added them in WECHAT which they have provided all the information needed. Excellent service from the reception especially the lady Ms 孙 she is awesome and have full knowledge about the Longmen grotto. She has explained every details like which bus to take which station to stop so that you don't walk the longer way. She even explained the sequence of walking so that you will not missed the important part. Very very patience lady.

CCulturalKeysThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

MMTR NelsonI had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home.
The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family.
Without any hesitation, I would come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

NNeilChristian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time.
The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality.
The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to.
Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

But we found it worth the money because it is just 5 mins from the river by electric cart and another 15 mins walk to the entrance,(and tickets) to the Longmen Grottoes.There is delicious food with a notable discount making it affordable to mid budget travellers. And there is an amazing full size swimming pool (empty but with lifeguard when we used it) and there are beautiful large rooms and corridors full of art. Only... Don't count on sitting on terrace to watch a multicoloured lazer and light show. This show finished a few years back. Now the evening lights are simply a gentle flow to allow a night walk/visit. And the terrace is tiny, standing only! Finally, while some of the other Chinese guests were clearly wealthy and we were clearly more midrange tourists, the staff dedicated us lots of attention and care with loads of patience (given VPN translation issues)... So highly recommended!

6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out
Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

My friend says she was not satisfied with the breakfast because it was mostly a Chinese traditional one, not the western type that we’re used to. I think it had many different options, so I would say I liked it!

Receptionists exceptionally helpful and friendly, none spoke English but expert users of translation apps , no inconvenience or difficulties.
Bedroom.Comfortable big king size bed. No usb sockets, bring own plug
Small lounge with table & 2 chairs, clothes drying or storage on a wardrobe rack. We didn't use the hotel's free self__service laundry.
Excellent shower in bathroom, plenty of piping hot water at all hours. All spotlessly clean. No daily room cleaning. Tip: Pour boiling water (kettle provided) down sink or shower drain to avoid any odours.
Receptionist called & quickly got a a taxi for us, the didi car we'd ordered the night before didn,t come due to
heavy rain and local road flood

AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable.
The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius.
The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris.
Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.
