晚上來的時候稍微有些晚了，打電話前台説酒店對面就是停車場，前台服務特別好，因為第一次在這住還提醒有什麼問題可以跟前台溝通。到房間看了一圈，衞生什麼的都很好，很乾凈。早上去餐廳吃飯，聽説麪挺好吃的，點了份麪，確實不錯。總體來説，是次不錯的入住體驗，下次來鞏義還是會優先選擇這裏😀

FForkyThis Hotel is very beautiful. The room was enormous, in a fantastic condition and very very clean. The view outside of Luoyang was amazing as well. Metro is very close, around 5-10 minute walk. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area and not even a 5 minute walk to a mall close by. The staff was very kind and helpful, which made check-in/check-out very easygoing. Room gets cleaned everyday and they bring a little fruit basket everyday to your room too, amazing service! I highly recommend staying here :)

LLiVivianI really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

MMTR NelsonI had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home. The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family. Without any hesitation, I would come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

But we found it worth the money because it is just 5 mins from the river by electric cart and another 15 mins walk to the entrance,(and tickets) to the Longmen Grottoes.There is delicious food with a notable discount making it affordable to mid budget travellers. And there is an amazing full size swimming pool (empty but with lifeguard when we used it) and there are beautiful large rooms and corridors full of art. Only... Don't count on sitting on terrace to watch a multicoloured lazer and light show. This show finished a few years back. Now the evening lights are simply a gentle flow to allow a night walk/visit. And the terrace is tiny, standing only! Finally, while some of the other Chinese guests were clearly wealthy and we were clearly more midrange tourists, the staff dedicated us lots of attention and care with loads of patience (given VPN translation issues)... So highly recommended!

HHuanglyPros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

Kereta bawah tanah masih dalam pembinaan kali terakhir saya mendaftar masuk. Kali ini, pintu masuk stesen terletak betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Ia berjarak 5 perhentian dari Yingtianmen dan Mingtiantang. Ia hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari Menara Gulou di Luoyi Ancient City. Terdapat tempat letak kereta di hadapan dan belakang, kakitangannya ramah dan mesra, dan 3 pelayan akan membawa kejutan setiap hari. Bukan mudah untuk mencapai kebebasan air dan menambahnya pada bila-bila masa.

My friend says she was not satisfied with the breakfast because it was mostly a Chinese traditional one, not the western type that we’re used to. I think it had many different options, so I would say I liked it! I’m recommending this place!
