酒店服務很好，出去吃飯打包帶回來的菜品 到前台隨口問一句能否加熱，前廳直接讓廚房給熱了，還放了很多葱花，葱花搭配湯 真絕了，這服務真的把客人當作家人來對待了，服務周到細心，房間還幫忙給升級了一下，就跟朋友商量 衝著服務 今晚再住一晚 明天再走[偷笑] 房間夠大 服務夠好 床品也很舒服 強烈推薦一下

沒想到現在這種民宿扛起了兩百元左右，乾淨房間的大旗，房間寬敞，地理位置也很便利，設施齊全，價格更是親民，住起來體驗感很好！唯二的問題就是，洗手間很大但是廁所位置有點小，我一米八的體格真的侷促，還有一個，投影儀真心不會用，當然現在酒店的電視，很多時候我也不會操作，瑕不掩瑜，五星好評

The hotel was average, overall ok but after leaving they contacted me and wanted to charge extra 30 yuans from the caution because the towels were a bit dirty with makeup, which didnt make any sense since they just need to be put inside washing machine and they back to normal. Never had this type of comment or charge about towels in any other hotel and overall seemed like just an excuse to take the caution money. so definetively wouldn't stay there again

第一次來洛陽，體驗感非常好，住的這家賓館老闆非常好，衞生好床品舒服，晚上睡覺安靜。還給我推薦很多當地小吃街和遊玩的地方，還給我規劃打卡路線，超棒。他家離周邊景區都非常近。第一次來洛陽不知道怎麼遊玩，選他家絕對沒錯！到了他家賓館你不用擔心，真的太開心啦，寶藏賓館！強烈推薦下次還來他家！

PPengguna TetamuIn a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

CCulturalKeysThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

Definitely will come back in the future and recommend friends to stay here too. We also bought several bottles of the Huayang source and they taste great.

房間和圖片相符，挺滿意的，兩張大床，一張睡下3個人，另一張睡下兩個人也不擠
地方房間面積挺大的，環境挺乾淨，住得很滿意
因為是這個房型，所以不在定位的那個地方，最好提前聯繫確定好位置在哪裡
附近有挺多吃的，寶龍廣場裏面火鍋什麼的都有，附近也有街上有很多飯店
忘記拍民宿了，看一下洛陽叭

He even helped us to purchase online our entrance tickets to 白马寺 first when we had problem to access the local official website. Thanks again 👍🏼🙏🏼
Being a local homestay, the cleanliness part can be improved further as our room floor was dusty at the corners and also with footprints upon check in. However, 保洁阿姨 (housekeeping aunt) managed to mop our floor the next day after we feedback to owner and no more issue after that. I wld also suggest that the room corners, tabletops and bed head be checked to maintain dust/hair free We stayed 5 days 4 nights at this place.
Room had a lovely view of 丽景门 which we felt as if we had travelled back in time. Not as noisy as what we had expected prior to our stay from the reviews left by other guests.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay with the warm hospitality from the host and the housekeeping aunt. Aunt was very nice with us and reminded us daily to stay and wear warm enough clothing as the temperature turned cold halfway during our stay in Luoyang. Thanks and we would recommend this place! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent hostel. I’ve visited more than 20 cities around China, and this hostel has the best leisure facilities: two large pool tables (the one on the left is really good), a big screen for movies and classic “Fred Quimby” Tom & Jerry, plus a gaming screen and handsets.
They sell strong Trappist beers. Okay, the fridges with beers in should be a lot colder than they are, but at least for strong beer like Trappist beer, this doesn’t matter.
There is a 100-yuan deposit on arriving, but as promised this was repaid into the account it was paid from at midday (12:07).
The woman boss has excellent local down-to-earth, great-quality food tips. They only speak a little English at the front desk, but they’re very quick and efficient at translating from Chinese to English on their phones.
They have a rule I’ve never come across before after traveling very many countries: the washing machine can’t be used for underwear! But I remonstrated with them and they waived this rule.
The beds have curtains for privacy. When I arrived, the room was too warm and stuffy, but they agreed to turn down the cooling system a little for the whole hostel to help.

PPengguna TetamuThis lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable.
The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius.
The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris.
Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.
