Excellent quality service from hotel staff is always the norm. The hotel urgently attends to customers' requests should matters arise. The meals that are served have an African touch and they are always freshly made. The hotel however needs to put new towels in batrooms.

在盧薩卡時在這裏住了2晚。位置在中心，去Levy Mall購物中心，銀行，政府辦公室等都很便利。大廳和餐廳都很棒（嘗了燉羊肉）。房間偏小，可以用些更多的裝飾，但是總體上可以。走廊的地毯有污漬，需要更換。工作人員非常友好，對我們遊覽盧薩卡周邊很有幫助。

From the outside, this hotel looks super boring. However, its consistently priced at bargain levels, the staff are helpful, and the rooms comfortable. Wifi worked well, my room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast buffet had nice variety from day to day. The location is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from multiple shopping malls & dining options. I'd definitely stay here again if I end up in Lusaka.

This place was a great place to stay at. It is located near three big Malls in the area . There are also many hotels in the area and access to public transportation on the main road that goes from the airport to the city center. The staff and management team are good.

This is a really cozy spot minutes away from East park mall/Acacia park. Location is super convenient for catching Yango rides at all times during the day. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - Justin and Theresa were really helpful and communicative! They are understanding of any last minute changes / adjustments to travel plans and are willing to work with you on it! They have a nice store room where you can leave your luggage as you are traveling around the country on short trips. Would definitely go back again!

The newly opened (2023) Cargo88 Hotel is an 88-room hotel constructed from cargo containers. It's a 2-minute walk from Eastpark Mall where you can find stores, a big supermarket, money exchange shops, and many restaurants (try Fat Chef). The hotel is an easy walk to the Sunday Craft Market. A taxi to the airport will be around 250 ZMW (around USD 10) by Yango. An Indian firm designed the big, modern, and chic lobby. There is plenty of seating. Check-in was fast and efficient, and a welcome drink was provided. The standard room is comfortable but tiny. it has all the amenities you'd expect from a safe, slippers, and individual toiletries. The bathroom is tiny, with good hot water, and a rain shower, and the monogrammed fluffy towels were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable with outlets near the bed and free, fast, and reliable internet. The standard room is good for one person. The more expensive deluxe room is bigger and more suitable for a couple. There is a spa but no pool. The outdoor area is a good place to have a drink or see the sunset. The service is efficient, friendly, and top-notch. The buffet breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10. It has a limited selection of pastries, hot entrees, and fruit. Omelets are available on request. You should get there early because the buffet isn't replenished. Serving instant coffee was a total surprise for this caliber of hotel. There is an upcharge if you don't want instant coffee. Breakfast was a big disappointment in terms of variety and quality. Cargo88 is a unique modern, trendy hotel in a prime safe neighborhood, close to a mall. Even though the rooms are small (opt for a Deluxe Room), they are comfortable, and the service and staff are great. This hotel would be perfect for those who want to experience this unique hotel and are willing to pay a premium for it.

Like your previous reviewer, we stayed at the Peacock aroiund mid-July. During an expensive and mediocre dinner, I looked up to see a rat running across the dining room floor, Then another and another. My partner then spotted at least two more making a total FIVE RATS!!! We too asked to discuss this with the Manager but nobody was forthcoming.In any other country this place would be shut down immediately - so I can only guess that the Chinese Owners have being bribing the Health Inspector. I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.
