老闆的服務那是真的貼心。幫我們規劃遊玩線路，提供索道到主街的接送。門口路邊50多米就是觀光車站，交通非常方便，去東線和西線遊玩也都很方便。散步到廬山會議舊址紀念館也很方便，走路10分鐘不到就能到。吃飯旁邊有間餐廳可以選擇，比街上便宜。想選擇更多吃的就是姑嶺街，也能逛街，逛逛晚上的山城天街景色，很漂亮，別有一番風味。小院休閑很舒坦。會強烈推薦給朋友，推薦。

酒店服務很周到，有接送服務，到索道上站後聯繫酒店，會安排車接到酒店，省去了找路和爬坡的時間，前台還提供了遊玩路線圖，很貼心
房間很大很乾凈，和平台的照片一模一樣，熱水和空調暖氣都很足，也很安靜，每天都有提供小零食和水果。二樓好像有公用的洗衣機（我們沒用），房間裏有烘乾機，正好晚上衣服弄濕了，掃碼使用挺方便的
在樓下餐廳吃了一次晚飯，挺好吃的也不算貴。
總體來説非常滿意，可惜天公不作美沒能看到雪景，下次夏天再來體驗一下避暑

We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

提前兩個月在網上訂了廬山賓館親子房住了三晚，這個親子房不在主樓，需要下樓梯在另外一棟住宿，房間就在一樓，裏面的床很大，二樓的床都可以睡兩個人，一樓可以睡三個人，一家大小去住這個房型闊落，房間佈置很可愛温馨，有小度可以聲控開關，最幸運的是入住當天晚上就下雪了，遇見廬山初雪特別漂亮，一夜之間銀裝素裹，雖然有些景區因為下雪關閉，但是看見雪後的廬山已經心滿意足。。出去大門口往左走幾百米上幾十級樓梯就是枯嶺鎮。。廬山賓館二樓也可以用餐，我們連續吃了三餐。。好吃

這次來廬山，沒趕上雪景，酒店本身的好環境成了這趟旅行的小確幸。我定的房型是酒店很優惠價格的雙床房，位置在整個酒店的懷抱中心，我個人是挺喜歡的，安靜，隨手一拍都是好精緻。跟姐姐一起隨意周邊走走，好不愜意。酒店交通還挺便利的，到店離開都有貼心接送，司機師傅車技一流。前台服務人員細緻周到，告訴我許多周邊有小功略。讓我驚喜的還有酒店隨機配置的早餐，營養搭配豐富，一看就特別有食慾。酒店有空調有地暖，完全沒有印象裏潮濕的感覺，房間離還配了除濕機，真不錯。明年一定還要來，還來這家，避暑一定更棒！

這次大年初一，是和朋友一起出遊，比較了很多家酒店，最終選擇這家酒店：
一是這家酒店新建的，設施齊全，配套完備，廁所馬桶上面還有專門的暖氣片架，洗襪子晾在上面幹得快，整個房間都新風系統，被褥乾淨，乾燥，温暖，沒有一般森林酒店的潮濕，住在舒適。
二是酒店就在美廬旁邊，房間窗外自然風景優美，酒店餐廳環境也非常好。外窗就是羣山，還有小溪流，被大自然包裹，身心愉悦。
三是酒店離正街很近，過馬路，外穿過古樸的街巷，步行五六分鐘就到達正街，正街購物方便。正街的熱鬧也不新鮮酒店的靜謐，一切剛剛好。
四是酒店的服務非常好，直接有車在索道接送，一到酒店，工作人員就送來精美的糖果點心，還有牛奶。酒店還準備了暖貼，還有温馨的小卡片，家人般的温暖，讓人疲憊感頓時消除。因為帶着行李遊玩不方便，行李直接放在酒店，下山是，酒店幫忙把行李送到索道處，很貼心的服務。
下次再來廬山度假，還選擇住在這裏。感謝全體工作人員的付出。

LLixinWe loved staying at this quaint little inn. The hostel was clean and very new, just as pictured. The boss lady was super friendly, and they offer free pick up and drop off from the gondola cableway station. It is also a short 5 min walk up the hill from the station and 10 min walk to GuLing street downtown. I really liked how they designed the interior of the rooms. It was a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and a great place to stay while in Lushan. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again in the future.

SSophita23Excellent option to stay on the mountain. The hotel is located in Guling Town, inside Lushan Scenic Area. It's right next to the cableway rope, so it's super easy to find it once you get to the mountain by cablecar. If you get to the mountain by bus, the driver can drop you off at the hotel.
The staff is really warm and helpful. They were very kind to explain the best route and activities for a one-day trip. There were some tasty welcome snacks and by the end of our stay, we got a gift box with local snacks and tea. Very nice surprise 👌 😊
The bedroom is comfortable and nice. There's heating floor so the room keeps warm and cozy. We stayed in December so it was quite chilly outside ❄️ It's okay to drink from the tap water as it's from the mountain spring. Towels are disposable, but you can always ask for normal ones if you don't get used to them.
Breakfast is included. You can enjoy an abundant breakfast meal before heading off to the mountains.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店環境非常不錯，隨便拍一張都好看，天氣晴朗，真心適合遊玩，酒店前台非常熱情，不但提前聯繫我注意上山事項，到店後還升級了帶電梯的房間真是太棒了，房間衞生也很乾凈整潔，設施設備齊全，特別是房間的榻榻米非常温馨悠閑，酒店還配有乾衣機簡直太方便了，早餐品種也很豐富，值得推薦

XXiaopanghenmang自駕前往，環境幽深，在一個山谷裏，好評。
辦理入院，因為天氣寒冷，就會送上薑茶暖胃，時間點特殊（春節前），入住就送了一個福字擺件。
酒店內的中餐廳價格，與酒店的星級以及在廬山酒店中的排位比，非常的平易近人，大好評。
這次入住當晚，廬山下起了今年第一場大雪，一方面，運氣爆棚！另一方面，出行成了大問題，自駕的我們被困住了（牯嶺鎮的遊玩酒店有車子送出去和接回，四驅的小皮卡+雪鏈，可以出入），我買了雪鏈安裝好後試圖開出去，但是酒店在一個山谷內，有N個坡度很大的大S彎，在第五個S彎的時候，我右側雪鏈斷裂，車子衹能停滯在那裡（溜坡差點出了嚴重事故）。本來準備續住一晚，後來酒店好多工作人員把大S彎清理出來一條道路，我就順利出去了，去鎮上的一家五金店（小葉五金）安裝另一側雪鏈，在確認五金店可以幫我安裝雪鏈後（突發大雪，雪鏈奇缺，我的又是大尺寸型號更稀缺），酒店又把我愛人和行李送到五金店與我匯合（時間已是傍晚6點！）在我安裝好雪鏈下山的路上，酒店還打電話來詢問是否安全下山，真的很温暖。
這次真的是終身難忘的旅程，貴店真的是一家有温度，有品質，有擔當的酒店，大讚！
（另外回來的路上我老婆説好像把酒店的雨傘弄破了，但是當時因為溜坡差點出事故一急就忘記跟酒店説了，我們是701房，萬分抱歉！！）

設施：房間衞浴是toto的，吹風機是小米的，空調是格力的，房間香氛瀰漫，硬件設施方面商家很用心，房間配備紅茶、出行攻略、點餐菜單，洗漱用品和毛巾使用舒適。
衞生：乾淨，衞生間下水快，床品舒適。
環境：大廳有書櫃可以看書，可以坐下喝茶點咖啡，有熱爐很暖和，拍照出片。
服務：非常感謝司機來接送站，貼心介紹廬山景點特色和人文歷史。老闆娘和前台平易近人，房間的紅茶很好喝，到酒店坐車有點暈車，老闆娘拿來橘子和山楂給我們吃，很暖心，下次來廬山還要選這家！

MMei YinStayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.

SSteven DowsonThe owner met us at the cable car station to drive us to the hotel, and we were driven back when leaving. Staff very friendly. The hotel is located just off the main street with lots of restaurants & shops a few minutes walk away, also the tourist bus stop not far. Room was large and comfortable, not the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in but sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, shower hot, heating worked well (we visited CNY), it was cosy on our first night when the wind outside was blowing strong. We stayed two nights which was enough to explore the colonial villas and Five Peaks but will definitely return to explore further.

Facilities are good. Breakfast is also good, 18cny, 1 type, no choices, unfortunately they don’t provide any drink, nor handkerchief.
Reception service good, with a little Chinese no problem to understand each other.
Cleaning service also good, unfortunately one of the cleaner did through away my knife/spoon that I use during my traveling to cut the fruits, very useful because is plastic and can be carried on trains and airplanes, when I back to the room in the afternoon it was gone!
