Simply spectacular! Exceptionally hospitable staff! A special thanks to Rob, the tour guide/bellman/golf enthusiast, who made my son and I feel right at home! It's people like Rob, and Jack in the golf pro shop, who outshine even this wonderful property's marvelous grounds.

We had the most amazing champagne afternoon tea. We have previously enjoyed afternoon tea at The Savoy, The Langham, The Shard, Claridges, The Dorchester, Harrods to name but a few. Luton Hoo exceeded all of them. We were greeted by Sebastian (Manager) who was an absolute delight. We were served by Abdul (Waiter) who was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was exquisite and the tea was fantastic. Our compliments to the Chef. Once we had finished eating, Sebastian suggested that we finish our champagne in the lounge and escorted us to a couple of plush high backed chairs with a gorgeous view. We will definitely be returning to Luton Hoo.

Absolutely amazing experience, the team here make the experience very special. From check in to all the restaurants amazing team members. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the grounds are beautiful to walk around. Nice golf course as well

We went to afternoon tea with a voucher I was given for Christmas, the booking process online was very simple. Our sever Varinder was very professional and attentive and kept checking up on us to make sure we didn’t need any more tea or coffee and we were happy with our food. The food was lovely and the portions were much more substantial than we were expecting for afternoon tea. Would really recommend this to anyone looking for something a bit special to do, the hotel and grounds are stunning.

Everything about Luton Hoo hotel was wonderful, especially the afternoon tea was amazing. Tea, sandwiches and the vibe were perfect. Also Varinder was really kind and made our time more perfect. If you're planning to have spa to United Kingdom or taking a rest for somewhere, I highly recommended Luton hoo hotel.

Visited Luton Hoo with my friend for a relaxing spa holiday and we both loved it. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, food was delicious (we had breakfast, afternoon tea and dinners here), and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Varinder, who looked after us during our Afternoon tea session was especially kind and professional. Would love to visit again.

We had a lovely time and our waiter was very warm and welcoming, constantly checking if we were enjoying the food, filling our drinks and making conversation. There was a nice selection of food and the atmosphere is calm and delightful. I would absolutely recommend!
