This review is based on objective facts, not subjective opinion. During my stay, I was bitten multiple times by bed bugs. This is not speculation, I personally saw the bed bugs in the room and provided clear photographic evidence of both the the resulting bites to my face and body. The situation escalated to the point where I required a full course of antibiotics due to the severity of the reaction. I reported the issue, yet guest relations failed to respond for over a month. This lack of urgency in addressing a serious health and hygiene concern is unacceptable by any reasonable standard. I was ultimately forced to escalate the matter to the executive level just to receive any form of acknowledgment, which in all fairness was a quick response. Despite being presented with photos of my bites, the hotel has refused to accept liability. This response demonstrates a concerning disregard for guest safety and accountability. The facts are straightforward: there were bed bugs in the room, I suffered physical harm as a result, and the hotel failed to respond appropriately or in a timely manner. Although this was the least of my concerns, it's worth noting the room also had an awful stench of sewage pouring out of the bathroom. Potential guests should be aware of both the health risk and the lack of adequate customer support when issues arise.
