Luton Town Centre

Great staff, easy check in and rooms are decent. I could hear alot from other rooms.

Avoid if you want to sleep at nite there was kids running around and screaming at 11:45 pm 1:30am and 6:30am rang reception 4 times no one answered loads of single eastern males hanging around the bar area and outside I didn’t feel safe at all very intimidated the staff was no help I tried to tell the staff about the a young child screen and banging for help but wasn’t interested very uneasy nite Food service was a waste of time I nearly went to a chip shop I had to wait so long

I stayed here on Sunday evening with five friends. We were checked in by Charles, who is an absolute asset to this hotel. Friendly, professional and exceptionally good-natured, he then became our bartender and waiter for the evening along with a lovely young lady who was equally delightful ( unfortunately I can't remember her name) Our room was perfectly adequate and very clean on the whole apart from some dead bugs on the bedside lamp (room 208) The only negative was no socket on one side of the bed. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked to order and plentiful. Once again the lady taking care of us was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. If I had cause to stay in Luton again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again due to the lovely staff.
