Here are a few points of feedback: Friendly Staff: The staff were generally friendly and polite. When I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, the staff provided space for storing my luggage. Comfortable Accommodations: The room I stayed in was generally comfortable and clean, providing a decent level of comfort during my stay. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues that could be addressed, such as the brightness of the light. Also, the spray at the toilet did not function properly. The dining options at the hotel were satisfactory. While the meals I had were tasty, I felt that there could have been a bit more variety in the menu offerings, especially for guests staying for an extended period.

My trip is on next month. But I accidentally booked one night for this month. Can’t contact the hotel. Can’t do anything about it. And for some reason, the hotel refuse to modify the date to next month.😅😅 Dude I’m in SG right now, how can I be there ❓❓❓

Our stay at the Ibis Style Lucerne Hotel was exceptional. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made it a perfect choice for our family. The central location allowed easy exploration of Lucerne's charm, and the hotel's amenities (including bus pass) catered well to our needs. We created lasting memories together, and the overall experience was delightful for everyone.

The location of hotel is in old town area, like 15 mins walk from Luzern station. The room is warm in Feb but the bed is too soft to sleep. The breakfast is nice and varieties is enough. Fruit are fresh and coffee is great too. The staff is friendly and supposed room cleaned daily but they missed out one day.

Good location close to chapel bridge, church, luzern lake, luzern station and shopping area. Overall r good. Recommend this hotel! I like it!

Hotels staffs very accommodating. When you arrived at Luzern train station, go to the bas station outside the train station & take bus no. 1 or no. 19 heading towards lowenplatz (3 stations away) & the bus will stop very close at the hotel.

Can not even give 1star to the hotel. Even after waiting for check in way beyond mentioned time, we were given a totally dirty room. Then with further wait, was given a small pigeon hole which was stinking of some dampness. We still accommodated as the hotel was full. Just asked for a room freshener and were denied saying there is no freshener available. However, the location was good and checkout was smooth.

This hotel is a quick walk from the sights of Luzern. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff were friendlish. The rooms size was adequate. The AC in the room didn't work (a panel was hanging down the first day we arrived indicating someone had been working on it). The hotel didn't have fans using the typical "oh, we just gave out the last one". So it was pretty hot in the room. Not sure this is the hotel's fault, but it sounded like there were people stomping on the floor over us all night.

The location is good, it closed the lion monument and walkable distance to the lake. The room is very cold the heated is not really working as it is control by the city government, hence you should bring your own heated blanket if you come during winter. The breakfast is the same for 5 days, and the free flow of drink and ice cream is good

Firstly, the front office and breakfast staff were great. Location is also very convenient for accessing various sights and the main train station. However, the cleanliness and condition of rooms were poor and poorly maintained. The toilet bowl in my room was literally blackened - bought bleach tablets to clean it. The electric kettle doesn’t work and the water bottle provided in the room has dirt floating inside the water.

Location is very good, accessible by bus or on foot. Breakfast is delicious. Room is spacious with balcony. The price offered by Trip.com is worthy.

The room was big and clean, just that the lighting was a bit doomed, but the balcony view was nice. Overall was a very good experience. Location-wise is also very convenient and it’s close to the lion and the church

Pleasant experience, nice location very close to Lion Monument.
