Great place for solo travelers, staff are so friendly and will have a good chat with you. If you want to make friends this is place for it. Loved my stay thankyou.

This is a great hostel. It was a bit noisy because there were some kids on a study trip that day, but I booked a 20-bed dorm and only three girls checked in, so it was very quiet. The accommodation was also excellent. The location is a little far from Lucerne train station, but it's still within walking distance. The staff were all very good. Breakfast didn't have many options, but it was decent enough.

Super clean and cozy. The breakfast is provided with no additional fee and it is a decent quality. City pass is provided via email in advance, so you can register it in your Apple Pay and ride any bus inside Lucerne city. You can take a 19 bus from the Luzern Bahnhof to arrive to the hostel. The hostel has a spacious public place where you can work/study or chill or have a meal by yourself. No towel is provided and you need to bring your own.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the staff were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue for me. A huge thank you to them! This hotel offers great value for money, a comfortable environment, and a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. Highly recommended!

I have went there for one day , in the room there are 2 bed no sockets but have 2 usb chargers. Share bathroom and toilet ( there are a lot of them) . Facilities are play areas, study areas…

convenient to travel to Rigi and other places since it’s not far away from the train station

location: need to get there by bus from the city centre, and walk 5-10 minutes hostel itself: they dont have lift and i wish i knew this before booking it. the room we got was on level 3. imagine the surprise that we have to drag our suitcases up the stairs to level 3 breakfast: is just ok
