Was kept up by the guests in the room above mine and kids running and talking loud in the hallway. Bathroom faucet was also broken

Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly. Need better selection for the breakfast bar. Same menu for the two days we were there.

Hotel was in a great location, about 20 minutes from Northgate station, which is great to take downtown instead of driving. It’s also near a shopping area and target. Hotel is a bit dated, but can see minor upgrades. I traveled with family included one child, we all felt pretty comfortable. The stay did include breakfast, not much of a variety. If you want a simple breakfast, this hotel has it. The downside is the lobby has a very strong smell of the chlorine pool and there is only one elevator. Also, in my room it was very hard to control the temperature. It would get very hot, then very cold. In the end, we had a good stay. We didn’t stay in the hotel most days. Just used to sleeping and showering.

Considering the conditions of the facilities, free parking and the quality of breakfast served price you pay is very reasonable. Location was so good, I reached to my meetings at the south and the north without any problem.

As soon as as we get in to our room It was a big pile of garage all over de garbage can and on the floor Our first impression getting out from the elevator was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is placed far back off the rd, which made for a quiet sleep. Parking lot was big. Hotel was clean, smelt clean, room was clean.

Just stayed for one night but the hotel was clean and the location was close to shopping and restaurants. Included breakfast was good and had a great variety of options.

Such a great room for the Price the staff was super great only complaint was that the tub was dirty, and that there was a very obvious mark on the chase in the room.

I am a 30 year Priority Member with Holiday Inn and one of the reasons is there late check out for priority members. I checked out of a great hotel to spend my last night in Holiday Inn for the late check out. I called and was told my room was ready.. However, it was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with a sick toddler for at least 30 mins. Then, the next day they told me I had to be out at 11 am, even though I explained we had been up all night with a sick baby. It made a great hardship on me. Additionally, we had no linens for the sleeper sofa and there was food and childrens crayons, etc all over the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out. I will NOT stay at this Holiday Inn again in Lynnwood, WA, and I would like my money refunded for this terrible stay.
