Hotel berhampiran Atelier Municipal de Passementerie, Lyon

Great location, in the heart of Lyon city center. Very clean room. Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room. The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice. For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception. But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels.

La dame d'accueil (la responsable je pense ), était très sympathique et compréhensible... la chambre est correcte et bien proportionné.

Location is good for transport bars restaurants and so on but also different kinds of people crowded. Friendly staff. Comfortable stay .

Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits de bonne taille et très confortables. Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel Pampa, et tout était délicieux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner également et très varié. Nous avons eu à faire à Jack à l’accueil, très professionnel 👍

2 personnes dans la chambre et seulement une paire de chausson, Nous avons demandé une deuxième paire aux personnes de l’entretien mais nous on répondu 1 seule par chambre dommage

I was happy with almost everything in this hotel. I don't have an opinion on the breakfast because we didn't have it. + : location, its just near the Perrache train station, very clean and comfortable rooms. There was also some free syrup downstairs, and they gave us free Christmas beers at the end of our stay. Very nice staff working (all we talked to) -: too hot in the bedroom and impossible to control the temperature from the panel and there was so much sound because of the wind coming from the rooftop so ask to not be on the last floor.

The hotel is on an industrial park outside the city but it’s very quick to get into the centre. The hotel feels very new, all the facilities were great and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Good powerful shower and good air con. The breakfast which was included in our rate was very good. All staff were very pleasant. It’s linked to the Kyriad and you can easily walk to use their bar & pool table-they were playing all the premiership matches on the evening we were there much to my kids delight! Safe, good parking and all in all, an excellent, comfortable one night stay.

Very well priced, modern and very comfortable hotel. Good location off autoroute for one or two nights stay and close to Lyon centre. Good breakfast. Rooms have separate bathroom and loo, modern rain shower with great design and finish. Highly recommended.

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

Dans l’ensemble bon hotel avec bon rapport qualité prix ! Malheureusement manque de professionnalisme de la part du personnel, qui m’as facturer la chambre une deuxième fois alors que j’avais effectuer le paiement en ligne ( ils m’ont dit oui on s’est rendu compte de l’erreur on vous rembourse d’ici deux semaine, pas d’excuse, pas de geste commercial ) De plus on vous facture 10euro un parking ouvert sans sécurité tout le monde peux s’y garer donc un conseil ne le prenez pas il y a des places gratuites a l’extérieur
