An ideal place to stay for a few days whilst visiting Lyon. A nice river-front location with excellent transport links into the old city. Service was friendly and efficient with a special mention for Clotilde who very patiently answered all our questions and gave us information on Lyon's sights. My only reason for not giving 5 stars would be the quality of the breakfast. We ate @8.30 on both days and by then the one variety of meat (cooked ham) had finished and was not replaced. Lyon is known as a city of gastronomy and yet no local produce was served. The only cheese served were small plastic wrapped portions of Emmental which seemed an insult to the gastro-culture of Lyon.

The hotel is very tired and dated and definitely not 5*. Complained about the poor state of our superior room and in the end were upgraded to Junior Suite as hotel was not full. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were very good and particular credit goes to Sebastien, head concierge who was excellent and in possession of the ‘golden keys’. Not surprising. Recommended good Bouchons etc. Time to refurbish this hotel for guests and staff.

I booked this hotel back in January for a trip to Lyon on weekend 09-10 July 2022. After travelling from UK and on my way to the hotel from the Airport, we was 5 minutes away when I received a call from Booking.com advising me that the hotel could no longer provide us a room as they no longer had any availability. The hotel did not even contact us directly, but had told booking.com at that moment only, whom called me as soon as the hotel reached out to them. We was stranded with our luggage and no hotel and had to wait for Booking.com to find us an alternative which was over 1km further away. Having booked well in advance, if we had have been informed the day before we travelled they could no longer accomodate us would have been bad enough, but to be told after travelling over from UK and only 5 mins away from reaching the hotel is totally unacceptable. Still the hotel has not even reached out to me directly to apologise for the distressing situation and time wasted on our short trip this caused us. What was meant to be a nice weekend away, ended up being a disastrous one. How can a hotel not know the number of guests they have booked in to stay. Clearly I have marked this hotel with the lowest stars and certainly lowest for Service if thats what you call it. I would love to comment on the cleanliness etc, but unfortunately we didn't even get that far. Customer Service? What customer service? Totally shocking and appalling, be aware that if you choose to stay here, you might arrive and find you are stranded with nowhere to go.

位置離裏昂最大的公園衹有一公裏，旁邊就是一個商超買東西方便，吃飯的米其林也蠻多的，酒店對標國內如家的水平吧，床挺大的，洗手間很小，沒有牙刷拖鞋，洗護用品是三合一的還是自己帶比較好，早餐是白人飯中國胃吃不慣

Wir haben nur die eine Nacht vor dem Start unserer Kreuzfahrt dort geschlafen. Deshalb sind wir bei der Vorbereitung nicht intensiv eingestiegen. Deshalb haben wir schon geschluckt, als wir dann mit der Realität konfrontiert wurden: Der Preis 304 € für Lyon ist ok, weil die Lage des Hotels wirklich super in Nähe der Altstadt und vom Fluss ist. Haben wollte man 14 Tage vorher über 500 €. Die haben wir gebucht, den Preis beobachtet, als der sank haben wir storniert und neu gebucht. Die mehr als 500 € wäre das (gerade noch 3 Sterne) Hotel nicht wert gewesen. Insgesamt hat es uns an unsere Übernachtungen als Studenten in Paris erinnert: Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett (Queensversion) hat man uns gegeben. Bezahlt hatten wir zwei EInzelbetten. bei Reklamation wurde uns freundlichweise die Aufbereitung des Sofas angeboten. Wir mussten lachen. So wie über Einige mehr im Hotel. Wenn man Freude aan uralten Fenstern und deren museumsreifen Griffen, kitschigen Drucken an den Wänden und überhaupt an ”bewährter Ausstattung” hat, ist man dort richtig. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet. Das ist aber in Frankreich in typischen Familien-Hotels nie so, wie es z. B. in Deutschland ist. Das ist ok, weil man das weiß. Fazit: Lage perfekt, beim Rest Zähne zusammen und durch.

Новый по ощущение аппарат отель в непосредственной близости от вокзала. В номере есть микроволновка, плита, на оры посуды, утюг. Большой номер Смутило расположение душевой зоны бес какой-либо двери в комнату Завтрак хороший, есть все, что нужно. Отмечу сыры и мясную нарезку Из минусов- при заселении в мойке обнаружили непомытую за предыдущими жильцами посуду
