酒店離火車站非常近，下車穿過一個shopping mall 就到了。在32樓辦Check in，但一定要下午3點后才辦，但可先寄存行李。房間非常乾淨，也小，但該有的都有，不需要轉換插頭，因為有USB插口充電。出門就是T1等公交車，車站有自助購票，24小時票很方便，隨便坐車。早餐非常的好吃，且景觀很好看，裏昂老城的俯瞰圖，很美。

Great location, in the heart of Lyon city center. Very clean room. Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room. The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice. For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception. But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels.

Hotel is 1 minute away from Lyon train station and 2 minutes away from Metro. Hotel is clean, receptionist and restaurant personnel are very professional and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights, occupying 2 rooms. Wifi is excellent. Welcome to hotel by a lemon drink and a free photo to print or to email. Room is spacious, clean and welcoming. Will stay again if in this region. Price for room and breakfast was reasonable.

Located in a quiet community with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. 2 minutes walk to subway and 5 stops to city centre.

Wife and I were here for 2 nights in Nov. The hotel was relatively easy to get to from the airport via the express train then walk about 7 minutes from the train station to take the tram. Our check in process was simple and friendly. We were given a room over looking the park. Our room was comfortable and clean, WiFi worked great through out our stay. Our bathroom amenities were lacking. No hair conditioners available. The hotel location ISN'T good, especially if it's your first time in Lyon. We stayed here for a status run so we tolerated it. You shouldn't if you don't have a reason to. Most sites, things, stores you would need are either in Lyon Part-Dieu, Prefecture, Presqu'ile, Cordeliers, Carnot, Confluence, or Vieux Lyon. What this means is you need to get on Tram 1, 2, 4, or 5 every time you need to get somewhere. It gets old, fast. All the good restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, anything you need that's above average will not be near this hotel. During our stay we needed forks at around 16:00. They told us that we had to wait until 18:00 when the bar or restaurants are opened to get forks. Really? There are no forks in the hotel? Is this really a hotel with actual services? I laughed out loud and shook my head on the inside when they told us this. The gym was pretty decent with actual equipment and machines that targets all the body muscles. So this was a plus unlike other hotels where they just have a cardio machine and some dumbbells that pass as a gym. Overall it was an average hotel away from anything we needed with staffs that were friendly but not helpful. We won't be here again unless we had to such as during a convention.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zwischen place bellecour und Cordelier auf der presqu´Île. Unser Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig, gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Leider waren die Matratzen sehr hart, selbst für jemanden wie uns, die auf härteren zu Schlafen gewohnt sind . Der einzige Lift ist insbesondere am Morgen sehr stark nachgefragt. Mit Koffern kann es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Die Schrankkapazitäten sind für 5 Übernachtungen nicht ausreichend gewesen. Dabei wäre durchaus Platz für einen Schrank mehr mit Ablagefächern. Am Abreisetag war die Rezeption am Morgen mit einer Mitarbeiterin unterbesetzt, zudem verrechnete sie sich mehrfach und musste die genaue Anzahl von Übernachtungen genau vorgerechnet bekommen.

位置離裏昂最大的公園衹有一公裏，旁邊就是一個商超買東西方便，吃飯的米其林也蠻多的，酒店對標國內如家的水平吧，床挺大的，洗手間很小，沒有牙刷拖鞋，洗護用品是三合一的還是自己帶比較好，早餐是白人飯中國胃吃不慣

Menginap di hotel ini untuk kali ketiga, pengalamannya sangat baik. Tempat tidurnya sangat selesa, biliknya bersih dan lokasinya baik. Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik dan sangat bersemangat.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Front staff Tung was very friendly and helpful. We ran out of some toiletries and she brought it up to us. Got 2 twin premium rooms. I had the one on the 1st floor, very private as there’s another door before our room door, but no stairs, but that’s ok for me. My elderly family stayed in ground floor room, also very nice. Both rooms were quiet and of good size even with our medium size suitcases opened. One small bottle of water is provided per stay, not per night. Location is walking distance to the famous food hall and a mall, the old town was a little farther walk away but still do-able as you can enjoy the bridge view along the way. Breakfast is buffet or express (cheaper). My friend had the buffet, but I just walk over to the food hall for some fresh pastry and coffee. There are many nice Michelin recommended restaurants a short walk away that’s not crazily expensive like Table 101, PY, and Saku.
