Summer Villa Guest House

和朋友臨時決定的一次旅行，選擇不多，不過這家還好，衞生和服務都尚可。電腦忘記在了房間服務員也幫忙找到了。

Inspite of booking a deluxe room months in advance and requesting a quiet room on an upper floor,we were allotted an inferior room bang in the hotel lobby. A dingy room with No windows. We were told that all the upper rooms are occupied, which was not the case as they were observed haggling with walkin prospective customers later on for those very same rooms. On arrival in the room,one member of the staff knocked and insisted that he be paid the 12 USD green tax ON THE SPOT and INSTANTLY;he was not prepared to wait even a minute. There are other not-so-friendly rules of the hotel . Please avoid. There is also nothing exceptional about the hotel's location. They are also inflexible to any customer requests. The staff are fine but the management needs to wake up. There are much finer hotels in terms of location and surely in terms of customer orientation.

I was fortunate to spend two nights at Summer Villa Guest House on Maafushi Island in the Maldives. The staff provided excellent service, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. They provide a wide range of activities, including water sports, swimming with sharks, snorkelling, and much more. The place is always full due to the excellent service they offer.I highly recommend this place to all my friends. Many thanks to Naseem and his family for their wonderful hospitality. This hotel is a great value for money. Cheap but clean rooms with very helpful staff. Endless supply of coffee and tea :) I enjoyed my stay there. However, you should be warry of a few things; It is almost beside the prison, which isn't as terrible as it sound since they are decorating the gates, and in the furthest point from both local and Bikini beaches. This means quiet area but a long walk to beach (800m or so) Staff are very friendly and helpful, however non of them are locals so sometimes it is difficult to ask about information about the island.

The staff is really nice, the place is comfortable, clean and the breakfast an dinner are excellent. They helped us with the activities we did in maafushi and the airport transfer, everithing was great.

Positive: Value - Rooms are decent for the price. Location is far from the bikini beach, but the entire island is small, so no sweat. The value makes up for it. Negatives: On request, I was told in the morning that they’ll shift me to room on a higher floor. Had kept my bags ready. When I came back they didn’t move - which is alright, but they didn’t bother to clean my room (they had the keys). I was told I have to “tell” them to clean the room. There’s an overweight guy (not being disrespectful, but people need to know whom NOT to deal with). He’s argumentative, egoistic, confrontational and unreasonable. His tone was very bad, aggressive & overflowing with ego. I was also told to move to the higher floor, I have to pay extra - which they didn’t tell me in the morning when I made the request. The other staff are ok, but avoid this man. He need training to be in hospitality industry. And maybe anger management.

Limpieza Impecable. La habitación con cama cómoda y suficiente espacio. Tiene pava eléctrica y café para hacer a cualquier hora. Siempre dejan agua filtrada para beber en la habitación. Hay servicio de limpieza. Baño cómodo y muy limpio. El desayuno buffet se cobra aparte y la vista de la terraza donde lo sirven es muy linda. No recomiendo la habitación al lado del lobby por los ruidos. Tiene servicio de recogida en el ferry. Ubicación excelente.

El personal es súper eficiente y atento, quedas encantadísimo, la comida está buenísima, es local y abundante, no es un resort pero la experiencia y lo contento que sales vale mil veces la pena, me encanto

Забронировали данный отель можно сказать случайно, т.к. очень спешили, буквально за пару часов до вылета. По прилету оказалось, что неправильно указали дату (как работник туризма я знаю, что в этом случае бывают и штрафы и другие неприятности), но нас ожидал очень приятный сюрприз, нам не только не выставили штраф за отмененные ночи. но и снизили стоимость, при этом добавив завтраки (которые как оказалось мы не указали при бронировании). Весь персонал отеля очень заботливый (дружелюбный - это мало сказано). Тут ты ощущаешь не только сервис, но именно заботу о вашем комфорте. Завтраки вкусные, тут и лепешки и блинчики и гренки, а когда мы были несколько сконфужены очень острыми пирожками, в последующие дни их стали делать менее острыми, в целом персонал следит, чтобы ничего не заканчивалось и докладывают продукты, голодными никто не оставался. Экскурсии брали тут же в отеле, и нас опять ждал приятный сюрприз, стоимость оказалась ниже, чем у других. По приезду с экскурсии, мы были очень утомлены, собирались пойти на ужин, тогда хозяин гостиницы подошел и предложил нам ужин в отеле в подарок. И так каждый раз - любая просьба или вопрос не оставались без внимания. В номерах уборка была каждый день, за сменой полотенец мы не следили, но они всегда были чистыми, в номерах уютно, кровать очень удобная, кондиционер работал очень тихо. Прокат снаряжения для снорклинга и рыбалки бесплатный, без залогов. Отель рекомендую по соотношению цена - качество, пожалуй, лучший на этом острове.
