"Hotel environment was good BUT : 1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours. 2. The room was supposed to be " comfort plus". I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment. 3. Reception staff allowed the "concession" of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception! Not the right attitude for a service organization."

I really appreciated the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the summer heatwave when I visited. I'm a regular who comes for business trips and it's really a great price for your buck. I appreciate the quick, no-fuss check-in process and their easy approach to requests, like getting extra pillows. Overall, it's great value for the price."

"The hotel is well located for exploring the city center. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. They set up a massage for my husband and booked a taxi for him too. The staff were very cheerful and friendly while still being quite professional. I really can’t say enough good things about them. The breakfast included the option to order eggs to your liking. Our room #1006 was spacious and comfortable with nice decor touches. There was a separate water closet from the bathroom and the bathroom had two sinks which is nice when two of you are getting ready in the morning. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. There was a coffeemaker and mini fridge as well. The valet parking was also very convenient. I had never heard of the Handwritten Collection before, but I will definitely look for them in our future travels."

"The stay was very inconvenient because it took a lot of time to open the room. Due to the check-in system after checking in, no confirmation email was received, so the room could not be opened. Luckily, I met a kind guest who helped contact the hotel. Then I was able to enter the room."

The room is clean The location of the youth hostel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is also a large bus stop just a 3-minute walk away If you are taking Flexibus(?), I don’t know if there is a mismatch. It is also very convenient to go there from the overpass of the train station! "

"The hotel is quite far from the train station, taking nearly half an hour to walk. The gravel road is inconvenient for luggage. There's only one bus stop nearby, with infrequent services. There are also few places to eat or drink, making it inconvenient. You have to go back to the train station to get anything. The hotel also charges a separate service fee, which differs from the price listed on Ctrip's website. After unsuccessful communication, Ctrip ultimately paid the compensation. The room was small, typical of a European business hotel."

There is a Nespresso machine with a number of cups in the room to wake up with a delicious coffee. Breakfast is very well prepared and can also be taken away. A perfect hotel. Unfortunately I didn't eat there in the evening, but I will definitely do that next time. The menu looks super good."

"Stay away ! Terrible rooms that are wayyyyy way too expensive. Its crazy. Beds are not prepared when you arrive. No towels in the rooms. No tables, chairs, tv or ANYTHING. Only bunk-beds. Info-card says breakfast - but this is not included in the already insane room-price. Info-card says dinner is available (buffet or a la carte) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.. But it was closed at 7 p.m. Staff only partially understands english - but they are friendly.... ! But - as another client stated : the terrace has a nice view 🙂 uncharming furniture and atmosphere- but Nice view. Stay away from StayOkay !"
