Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

First: Please note that our stay was During the Covid Pandemic so the hotel was not at full capacity, some amenities such as pool and gym were closed and they only offered a limited dining menu so with that said this is my review Reserving was fairly easy, I opted to directly contact them via Facebook and they did offer me a deal no other portal would provide. With the deal we end up staying 4 nights/5 days. They provided us the one bedroom suite which was fairly big and had a balcony. The place was clean, air con was cool in both room and living space and the bathroom . Internet speed were good but we did have issues with connection from time to time. They did provide toiletries and bottled water. There is also a safe in the closet. The TV provide a good amount of channels Breakfast was delivered to the room. There was no choices but was decent. They did have a spa that opened from 4pm daily and a bbq resto that was actually really good . Parking is plenty and it’s indoor. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. Overall their service was exceptional from the rep, Ms K (full name withheld) from reservation , the front desk at check in and check out and room service. Security is ample so you are safe Great Stay and I recommend it

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . Pros: -affordable rate Cons: -Not maintained -The room has rust -Lotssss of millipede (anthropods) outside the villa, and even inside our room (CR)!!!!!! -high grass; not maintained -hard to locate our villa number at night (no spotlight in front) -no slippers provided -no bathrobe provided -300 pesos entrance fee per head (adults and kids) if you’ll be using the hotspring (but take note, the hotspring or thermal pool is not even working / under maintenance. The water is not clean / not maintained (lots of falling leaves, etc) -centralized aircon (so if you want a cooler room especially in the afternoon, they cannot do anything about it) -low pressure water; sometimes, few drops only -the hot and cold shower is malfunctioning -I hope the (Filipino breakfast) daing na bangus is boneless -the slides/waterpark is under maintenance (I hope they can put a heads up or note in Agoda or in their official website) -50 pesos for extra pillow -no availble wifi/internet in their villa -few staff
