Stay very good got 5 star standard

Service and facilities exceeded my expectations. Room was spacious. We enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities so it contributed to a very relaxing vacation.

Our stay was great as the hotel is near well-known eating spots and chapel where we got attend first 2 days of Simbang gabi. The check in was a breeze with Mari and she even suggested some eating places - which we tried out and she was not mistaken. When we did breakfast buffet, Robby was most helpful. The Concierge team was also attentive and very helpful. I loved the pillows where you head can sink in and I slept well. The housekeeping team also provided fast service when we requested for items. The only downside we saw was that the pool is quite small vs Swissotel (considering Marriott is a tad higher priced) compared the number of guests and that it closes quite "early" at 9 pm considering we stayed Dec 15 - 17 already. Overall, still a good value if you seek premium service.

We booked ( 2 )units of deluxe double room (9th floor). The rooms need proper soundproofing.

We teally enjoyed the stay there. staff were mega attentive, the buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Next time would stay again.

Could see Mt. Pinatubo from our window! Fairly brand new hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Their buffet restaurant was also great. Great place to stay in Pampanga.

I was surprised while checking in. When the female staff grabbed the male staff’s stomach who was progress my check in. When I entered the room, it was NOT so clean, especially the bathroom. Dust hung on the door and there were rusty residues in the shower. I ordered a frozen margarita from the pool bar at the pool but no one served. About an hour later, the staff asked if I had already eaten the margarita, so I just canceled it. There weren't many customers, but the staff were chatting and laughing with each other, so I think I forgot my order. Is this a 5 star hotel service? IDK.

The place is well maintained and the restaurants in the hotel are very good. It just took them a lot of time to bring up extra towels for us, but other than that, they were okay. The pool is very small for a hotel this size, and during the weekends, the pool can get packed with people. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in Clark, would still come back to it next time!
