Very strategic location , nearby bus stop & attractive location just need 5mins walk

It was very very terrible! The front desk don't know how to speak english! It's very super hard for us to communicate..not good!! Very disappointed! There boy or service crew is better than the man in the front desk! They can speak good in english than the guy in frontdesk! And they are very hardworking guys the filipinos there is very nice and kind!!

I was happy with my stay and the price I have paid. Although it's difficult to find the right hotel coz a lot of family inn nearby. The building is new. The elevator is new. Hallway is clean. The room is new and clean and spacious. Equipments is new. Room Amenities are complete. I'm just not into a yellow color walls. Smooth fast check in with the reception who is accomodating. Near senado square, st. Paul ruins and grand Lisboa. Many cheap local foods. And 101x bus goin to hotel and goin back to Hzmb port is near. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was okay, fairly new and clean but it smelled like smome during our stay. Location was good too.

I really loved the decorations, I felt like I was in a movie. Very beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect location!

Great place to stay with a stone's throw away from Ruins of Sao Paulo (landmark) so was a great way to wrap up the trip there at sunset and be able to head home so close and close to all the nice eateries!

Great location. My room window was facing wall of opposite block. Plse remember to inform reception to do housekeeping when u leave yr room each day during yr. stay.

place is in san malo location is good but the room is narrow and the bathroom can not drain the water when u shower. it takes time to drain just good for short stay. but no choice its the only cheap motel to stay during peak season.

unprofessional front desk. only 1 towel in the double room. you need to go down to get your needs such as tissue, towel, soup.

The place is accessible to all tourists spot. The staff are very kind

I arrived at 4:30 to check in and my room wasn't ready. The guy that arrived after me got inside his room before me. They cleaned his room before mine. I officially entered my room an hour later. In 4 nights I stayed there I asked them to clean my room twice, and only the last day someone cleaned my room. Other than that, the location is excellent and the room is nice.
