Due to Macau's security policies, none of our guest rooms can be ventilated by opening windows. We have 24-hour staff on duty, and if you had reported this to us at any time during your stay, we could have arranged for a dehumidifier, air purifier, or even changed your room immediately. We regret that we were unable to resolve your issue promptly this time. Regarding your claim for 5,000 RMB in compensation for emotional distress, after verification with Macau law and related regulations, we are unable to meet this demand, but we have submitted a written apology letter as required by the platform.
