Broadway Macau

This Broadway hotel macau is very good in terms of pricing and service. We will be back for staying in the future absolutely.

Honesty the hotel space and comfort surprises me for my first trip to Macau. Apparently once you reach the Macau area there’s free shuttle bus to Galaxy and you can either walk over to Broadway or wait for another shuttle bus to Broadway. Location and travelling was super convenient and I enjoyed my stay. Wanted to book a taxi and the bellboy helped me too super thankful for him! English / mandarin both is ok here :) Picture is same as per what you book. Forgot to take pictures. There is as bathtub too.

We were absolutely shocked to discover an unexpected partially dried “fences-like” substance on the bathroom floor upon arrival at our room. The staff only offered to wipe it off — which they did — however, we were disappointed that no apologies were given. We would have expected a more professional way in addressing such incidents from a stared hotel.

A good hotel with restaurants on the Ground Floor as well as a OK Store. Hotel resident can access to a Grand Resort Deck (a water park).

This hotel connect with Galaxy hotel. nice hotel! they served afternoon tea from 2-4pm. don't miss it!

We were welcomed by the lovely team, and everyone was smiling and happy to have us. All staff members were eager and helpful. I had hoped that the concierge would help us upon checking in without luggage, I was struggling with all the bags I was carrying and dragging, but my ooverallexperience was amazing! Well done to the team, and I will be returning soon. The rooms are specious, and the bathroom was nice and big, offering a bathtub and a shower. Activities nearby include Broadway theatre, Broadway ******, a mall, Food Street, and Bars. There's a food bridge connecting Broadway to the Galaxy Resort and Shopping Center. It's easy to get around. This hotel offers a free breakfast buffet for 2 daily and compliments to the chef. If you have a child under 3 their breakfast is free, no need to order them a plate of their option, rather take from the buffet as they will barely eat anything off that plate, it's a lot of food for a child. The view is spectacular. This hotel is a part of the Galaxy Hotels. Thus, when we moved to Galaxy, their concierge moved our bags for us, and we did not have to move with our bags. You do not pay a deposit in this hotel. There is a shuttle that takes you around to certain places you can site see.

We had very good services plus a upgrade from Mr.Henry at front desk. We even swim at the pool which made our day more nice even their pool was closed. Galaxy Hotel swimming pool was opened, we took alots of pictures for out first time remembering at the hotel.

Tony at reception was very helpful and nice to upgrade my both rooms to premium queen suites, the room is big and spacious and comes with 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC. Bathroom comes with a bath tub which is really nice to relax after a long day touring around. Highly recommend!

Booked this twin bed room for my mother and sister. Both of them are happy with the room, service and location. Front desk Marcolino and Alan are willing to go extra miles for servicing hotel guests. Thumbs up to the team 👍🏻👍🏻
