Ulasan Hotel Guia

The hotel is new and very clean. The observation deck on the 6th floor is great, giving the whole place a very chic and sophisticated vibe. The location is decent; there are buses nearby that can take you anywhere for just 6 yuan. Each room also comes with a 30 yuan voucher for Lihu Xuan. What's really heartwarming is that they offer free shuttle service to the Border Gate. The front desk staff, the doorman, and all the ladies and gentlemen are very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. It truly feels like a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Hotel Guia is a nice to stay in Macau. only 10 mns from Grand Lisboa. The room is big enough and clean. I was on the 5th floor, and I had direct access on the Terrasse. The Staff is Very nice and helpul. There's a nice spot next to the hotel if you like to run. Definitely chose this place If I come back again.

Their location is very friendly and nice. The hotel is not very big. But when you stay , it is comfortable and the room is quite big.

The bathroom needs an upgrade, the bath tub is a bit shallow, the shower only in one place, no hose, no bidet. They got a TV, fridge, built in hair dryer but no iron for clothes The view is great from our window only if the windows were clean. Communication and service needs to be improved. We earlier communicated an early check in as we were traveling from Tokyo to Hongkong then to Macau, so we were so tired and wanted to freshen up and rest before exploring. However, they were strict with the 2pm check in but they stored our luggage while we dragged our sleepy and tired bodies in the hot and humid tourist spots. The security guards on both shifts were friendly and accommodating. The receptionists need to improve their tone when speaking and should be familiar with all the services offered by the hotel(dining options for example). Pillows were not great and gave me back and neck aches. The cleaners were great,housekeeping done daily and fresh towels and toiletries were supplied throughout the 3 night stay. It is still a bit of a walk from all the bus stops servicing major tourist spots. There is a free shuttle service to the outer harbor, not sure if they also take you to the airport.

A well-established hotel seldomly given me 2 unpleasant memories during this trip, really Unthinkable. 1st, FD lady in dealing with guest for room assignment matter is so inflexible n bureaucracy. 2nd, HKSP auntie is absent-minded in carried out their basic duties(my private belongings r taken away as litter nearly be disposed). Disappointed & shocked.

The sink in the room was leaking, and the shower water pressure couldn't be adjusted to full power, with the faucet below also running simultaneously. There was a smoky smell in the room. Luckily, the front desk staff were very kind and upgraded us to a balcony room, which I appreciate. I hope the logistics and maintenance improve; I'd still like to stay here again next time.

Everything is good

The hotel location is great, just near the attractions Guia Fortress, Lighthouse and Chapel. Also near the Macau Tower where we watched the Fireworks. The room is very clean and spacious as well as the window is nice with a great view outside. The rooftop was really adored by my wife and kids.

A great hotel and very kind and professional staff. Centrally located in a beautiful building and comfortable rooms. Would book again.

Stayed here before. Have been upgraded to a room with balcony this time with good view. Staff are helpful. Yum cha on lobby level is nice.

Smelled like Very Strong cigarettes None Stop coming from the central air condition on our last night there. Space was pretty tight. Stuff was alright. Hard to get taxi during rush hour during daytime.

A cozy place on top of the hill away from any noise or disturbance. The room was very neat and clean. Compared to many other hotels around with more stars which I have been to, I definitely prefer this one.
