Five days before our arrival, a hotel staff member called to ask about our needs for the stay. They also added me on WeChat to provide important check-in information, including the airport bus connections and details about the Huating Club benefits. **Facilities:** The layout of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom was well-designed and flowed seamlessly. The bathroom fixtures were all luxury brands, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There was even a foot massager in the living room, which was a thoughtful and friendly touch. **Environment:** All the rooms are designed as suites, making them comfortable and practical. The lobby, breakfast area, afternoon tea restaurant, and cocktail bar all boast an exquisitely luxurious design with a strong British vintage feel. **Service:** From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the butler service made us feel truly at home. After checking in, our butler, Cindy, escorted us to our room and provided a thoughtful introduction. She was available online throughout our stay, arranging meal times and seating, organizing anniversary room decorations and a celebratory cake, and even bringing us small desserts and handwritten cards in the evening. The service was incredibly meticulous.🌹 The restaurant staff also made our experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Willian, the handsome gentleman at afternoon tea. His warm smile was charming, and his professional and attentive recommendations for freshly made desserts felt like he could read my mind. I was holding a bottle of sparkling water and was about to open it myself when he appeared by my side, providing the perfect service – twisting it open and pouring it for me, all seamlessly. This is the highest level of service. Candra, who worked at the Leadenhall Market breakfast, spoke fluent English and was delightful and incredibly attentive. We went back for breakfast a day later, and he immediately recognized us, greeting us warmly with a special sense of familiarity. Knowing we were leaving after breakfast, he mentioned he had specially made a rose latte for Madame, which made us very happy. I also want to thank Jessica at the evening cocktail bar for making us anniversary fruit cakes for two consecutive nights and for taking photos that beautifully captured the ambiance.❤️ After all that, I haven't even mentioned the amazing food at the Huating Club. The breakfast was so rich it was moving, with various sashimi, seafood congee, seafood noodles, chicken soup with fish maw, various Cantonese dim sum, steak, and lamb chops – all fresh and delicious. And it's available until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers. After exploring and sightseeing, there's also an excellent afternoon tea with a wide array of exquisite desserts, savory snacks, and beautiful small bites. During cocktail hour in the evening, not only are drinks unlimited, but they are paired with a whole set of beautifully plated snacks, and the offerings change daily – so much thought put into it. The service and food are absolutely top-notch. The experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Macao next time.

Immersive British luxury, impeccable details, and a perfectly stylish atmosphere. It's quiet, peaceful, and offers a premium travel experience. I have to commend the breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and the bar's diverse menu. They have everything from meat and vegetables to desserts and fresh seafood – all with exceptional taste. It's plentiful and delicious, with every bite a high-quality treat. I'll definitely be back! Fantastic!

This hotel puts even the best 5-star hotels in my country to shame. From the moment I walked in, I didn't have to lift a finger with my luggage. Every detail of the room's decor exuded luxury. The clubhouse's afternoon tea and cocktails, in particular, felt like they alone were worth the entire room rate. The young man who helped with my luggage was very handsome, and Ben's service was also excellent. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time staying at The Londoner Macao, and it was absolutely fantastic, full of ceremony! If you appreciate that kind of experience, you'll love it here! Krystal and Adraina handled all our requests and services before and during our stay, and even upgraded us to a twin-bed suite for free, which was very comfortable. I think the hotel's location is the best in Taipa. It's quite central, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's well-connected, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The only exception might be going to Galaxy, which might require a taxi (or a 20-30 minute walk 🤣). The Huating (Club Lounge) privileges were the highlight of this stay! The breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails were all exquisite, thoughtfully prepared, and delicious! If you have a small appetite, you really don't need to eat out at all when staying at The Londoner! Over our three-day stay, the meals varied slightly each day, so it never felt monotonous! For breakfast, you could even choose between two different dining areas daily: one specializing in lobster benedict, and the other in Japanese sashimi. The à la carte congee and daily soup were also delicious! Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macao!

What truly impressed me about my stay at The Londoner Macao was the exceptional service. Every staff member was incredibly warm and patient. Check-in was efficient and seamless, and room service was prompt and attentive to every detail. Whether it was asking for directions, restaurant service, or travel advice, they answered patiently and proactively offered help, showing true meticulousness. It made me feel incredibly welcomed and respected, making for a truly outstanding experience.

Extremely satisfied! The concierge team, especially Fiona, communicated with us in advance to understand our needs and arranged the room setup. A big thank you to Fiona for proactively arranging a checked taxi for our airport transfer. When she learned that an elder in our party wasn't feeling well after checking out, she arranged a late checkout, which was incredibly thoughtful. The evening cocktails even came with a surprise fruit cake for a celebration, creating a wonderful atmosphere – thanks, Allen! All the staff at The Londoner were so friendly and provided excellent service, even offering to take photos for us. Even the elevator attendant was entertaining. A truly fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

Checked out of room 1856 yesterday. The breakfast area was a complete mess and very unorganized. They told us to wait on a sofa, and then the person who led us there just disappeared. We waited for nearly twenty minutes, and people who arrived after us were all seated already. I had to message customer service for someone to finally get us in. Turns out there were four empty tables inside. Seriously, what a joke. It totally wasted my time, so I definitely have to give a bad review.

This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Macau. The Londoner has only been open a short while, so the facilities and environment are incredibly new, clean, and tidy, from the guest rooms and restaurants to the public areas. Booking the Louis Suite was a crucial decision. Firstly, it's a one-bedroom, one-living room layout, incredibly spacious at nearly 75 square meters, with an oversized bathroom and a separate walk-in closet. Secondly, this suite grants complimentary access to the Hua Ting Club on the 3rd floor for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. The food and drink selection throughout the day is extensive, with coffee, black tea, beer, and wine all readily available. The butler service is also meticulously attentive; someone reached out proactively beforehand to connect via WeChat. Guest Relations Manager Cindy provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, guiding us to our room after check-in to familiarize us with the facilities and even presenting us with high-quality welcome fruits. The mini-bar was also complimentary on the first day. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient. With dining, shopping, and entertainment all under one roof, this should definitely be considered Macau's premier luxury hotel.

With so many other hotels around, there's no need to book this one. It feels like they're all in the same building anyway. The breakfast and afternoon tea were just average, nothing particularly delicious. The room itself was a bit dark, which I didn't care for, and the window was dirty. I couldn't even read the labels on the light switches, so I had to guess each one. It's close to the Venetian and Wynn, though. They also offer a free shuttle to the Taipa area.

The service at The Londoner is truly exceptional! The Guest Relations team proactively contacted us a few days before arrival to confirm our booking and provide essential information. Fiona, in particular, was incredibly helpful in coordinating our room and dining arrangements exactly as we requested, making us feel incredibly well looked after and valued. The quality of the ingredients for breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails at The Londoner is simply outstanding. We enjoyed unlimited servings of lobster, sea cucumber, abalone, fish maw, and Japanese sashimi. The service was also proactive and attentive, ensuring a fantastic experience for guests.

This time, my stay at The Londoner Macao was a bit rushed, so I could only book the Louis Suite. When checking in, the front desk informed me that the Windsor Suite was available. Katrina helped us pay the difference to switch to the new room, which was incredibly spacious and clean. From the moment we stepped out of the car into the hotel lobby until we reached our room, every staff member we encountered was highly professional and enthusiastic. They even helped us book two Michelin-starred restaurants during a holiday period and were always quick to answer any questions or resolve issues. They also pre-booked our breakfasts for us. One day, when we were going to dine elsewhere, the hotel arranged for their special shuttle car to take us, which was such a thoughtful touch! It’s worth mentioning that The Londoner Court breakfast offers two areas to choose from, both featuring a buffet alongside à la carte options. The highlight of Court Area 1 is their signature Lobster Eggs Benedict and grilled scallops. Area 2's specialties include sashimi, cheung fun, and caviar waffles, and the seafood noodles are a must-try, packed with seafood. The happy hour and afternoon tea are also highly recommended; the dim sum and various small dishes are exquisite and delicious. The hotel staff provided impeccable service. On Chinese New Year's Eve and when we checked out, they even gave us two beautiful gifts with handwritten cards. It was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The pillow selection was excellent. Throughout our stay, various staff members delivered cards and gifts. Katrina, Teresa, and Mark Liang from the hotel's Guest Relations team assisted us with numerous issues, and the housekeeping lady was also very welcoming. The entire hotel's service was truly professional. The staff members at the elevator entrances on each floor were all very friendly, especially the foreign gentleman on the first floor who was very welcoming to my family. Overall, the hotel left a fantastic impression on us. It's also very convenient to get to The Venetian and The Parisian from The Londoner. The various restaurants within The Londoner are also highly recommended, especially the Hoi Sin seafood hotpot. It was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay at The Londoner again on my next trip to Macao.

The Londoner Hotel's location is excellent. The food with the 'Hua Ting All-Day Pass' is fantastic, whether it's breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening cocktail hour. The service is also very attentive and welcoming.

From the room decor and amenities to the service, everything was outstanding. And for a food lover like me, the delicious meals were irresistible! We booked a room that included breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails, so all our meals for the day were covered by the hotel. This was much better than the unpredictability of finding food outside. I finally experienced what it feels like for a Macau hotel to be a slice of heaven. Plus, with major shopping malls right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient for anyone who wants to shop.

After checking in, she thoughtfully booked us breakfast at The Manor and reservations at one of the hotel's star restaurants. Our transfer driver, Regan, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. To make things easier for me, he specifically waited at the customs exit. After dropping us off at the hotel, he made sure our luggage was delivered and neatly arranged before leaving. Krystal from Guest Relations was equally warm and attentive; she processed our early check-in in the morning. From guiding us and assisting with luggage to answering all our inquiries, her professional and courteous demeanor made us feel at home right away. The room's amenities and cleanliness were impeccable: spacious and airy, with new and complete facilities that exuded quality. The housekeeping standards were exceptionally high, with our room being cleaned actively two to three times daily, always pristine and comfortable. When my child wanted a bath, Aaron from housekeeping handled it swiftly and provided perfect service: he not only thoroughly cleaned the bathtub but also contacted colleagues to bring disposable bath liners, and thoughtfully added bath salts and bath bombs. He truly paid attention to our child's small needs, showing meticulous care in every detail. Thanks also to Sally and many other staff members whose names I didn't catch for your excellent service. The dining experience was a continuous delight, offering both great value and an exceptional experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast had clear sections and a rich selection: the Eggs Benedict station consistently delivered excellent, flavorful dishes; the sashimi section was fresh and plentiful. A full range of Chinese and Western hot dishes, noodles, fruits, and drinks were available, all delicious and substantial, making for a satisfying and worthwhile meal. The afternoon tea at The Manor was exquisite and delicious, with both aesthetic appeal and great taste. My child loved it, and the elegant and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect choice for a relaxing break. I highly recommend the restaurant's bar. Although I couldn't enter the bar area because I had my child with me, I still enjoyed equally excellent service in the outer section. A big thank you to Jin for taking beautiful photos of me and my child at the hotel's best photo spots 🫰, and to Rock, William, and Gab for making our evening so pleasant with your fantastic service. On the day of departure, Adraina and Krystal from Guest Relations proactively asked for our pick-up vehicle's license plate number and arranged for our luggage to be loaded in advance. Because my pre-booked car was late, Regan and Cindy had us rest in the lobby while they tirelessly looked for my car, ensuring our luggage was safely loaded before coming back to call us. Just before getting into the car, Cindy, a lovely lady, even gave us a farewell gift. We reluctantly departed under the watchful eyes of these two staff members, a perfectly thoughtful and attentive end to our stay. I've stayed at many hotels, big and small, but I would give The Londoner a perfect score. From check-in to check-out, every employee at The Londoner wasn't just performing their job but genuinely striving to provide service, making 'feeling at home' the most fitting description. This experience far exceeded my expectations and beautifully concluded my entire trip!
