Totally loved their 5 star service. They provide Turn Down service. Concierge took care to arrange our limo ride to Guangzhou from Macau...Due to our late departure car booked, they provided an extended complimentary late check out of 3:00pm.
Rooms are very large compared to many other hotel resorts in Macau.
i totally loved & enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Excellent establishment - well designed and organised. Housekeeping is fabulous, they arranged my lotions in a rows according to height and toed my wires with cable ties. Laid my bedroom slippers on mat in front of my bed. So excellent..!!

Room was comfy and clean. Service was great. Pillow was exceptional. Breakfast spread was vast but lacking in quality. They even offer herbal tea. Coffee not so great. Even the illy coffee machine in the room was not very user friendly and I don’t like the coffee note. Only wanton noodles and the hk milk tea taste good. They provide free shuttle buses to other hotels and old town. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions.

Room: Large and generally clean. Amenities were provided. Gym and swimming pool available.
Breakfast: Buffet style with Asian and Western options. Service was attentive. However, more attention could be paid to hygiene issues, with newspaper found in one of the vegetable dish, hopefully this is an isolated incident.

We got an upgrade..a big and comfortable room . Two queen size bed w 6 pillows. Breakfast was good for value. Very good spread. We could get from this hotel to garden hotel guanzhou directly by bus . Cos hk75 per pax. Great journey . Fast n free of hassle. Only part that we felt that the shuttle bus should tell us how to get back from venetian or galaxy. We had to walk back .

A new hotel but a little bit far away from the town center and train station. Shuttle bus connect is good and quite frequently. The gym room is small but the staffs are nice. Buffet is excellent and have many choices... Overall experience is good and enjoyable.

Impressed with the room size, cleanliness, design & service. Indoor swimming pool, can swim even when it’s raining! Not far from the famous 官也街Rua do Cunha. Highly recommend this hotel to those looking to experience newer hotels.
