One of the top hotels in Macau, first time stayed at the Grand Lisboa Palace and luckily got upgraded to a suite. It was amazing. Hope will stay there on my next trip as well

It was my 2nd visit at Grand Lisboa, great experience, spacious room, cosy environment. This time we tried out the breakfast buffet at Grand Cafe, food variety were great, just that we couldn’t eat too much as appetite has yet to be ready early in the morning. Definitely will come back again.

Super grateful and blessed for our family to be able to experience this 5 Star Hotel in Macau! I never thought we would be able to experience this fine and class accommodation at a good price (for 1 night at least). The room we had was huge, thank you for upgrading us to a garden view - it was super nice. Everything was superb from the staff to the environment and the room! A plus of having an indoor heated pool especially during our visit when the weather was cold. Thank you so much Grand Lisboa Palace! I hope we get to have a free stay in the future ＞U＜ Everything there was extravagant!!! Thank You!

A wonderful new hotel. Check-in was quite fast, about 15 minutes. We lived on the 7th floor, with a view of the garden. The rate includes breakfast, for 5 days there was never a queue. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and European cuisine, a large selection of dishes. Good soundproofing, you can't hear your neighbors. The hotel has an indoor pool, we visited it in the morning, there weren't many people. On the 2nd floor there is an excellent supermarket and a multi-brand store with very attractive prices. We were in the restaurants Do Alfonso and Zuicho, if the price is comfortable for you, it's definitely worth a visit, you'll have an unforgettable experience.

Strong cigarette smell in a non smoking room, called front desk and they said they can send us a air purifier, I don't know what they were thinking. I asked for a room change and eventually got a room with no smell.

The room was huge with amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurants in the hotel was very good 👍 We have tried the ********* hot pot for dinner and it was very good 👍 There’s a big supermarket connected to the hotel can access from the 2/F. However it can be a little hard to find as the property is so big and so many rooms. Other than that the overall experience is super and I will definitely stay there again ! Highly recommended!

Great but need improvement Pros: Rooms are very spacious beautiful and quiet, plenty of electric sockets and USB plugs. Very strong water pressure and anti slip floor good for family or elderly, breakfast has a large selection and worth it. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to various places, and there is a shopping mall and many restaurants inside the hotel. Check out very convenient just drop one your room key into a box and one key insert into scanning machine. Cons: Some areas are not clean properly, below the sofa there are a few pieces of tissue left by previous guests which are actually easy to spot but somehow HK missed it. Check in although smooth but staff seems to lack welcome attitude and lack initiative to provide details except you are asking, and location is a bit far for tourist spots. I requested a room with a garden view but got a room facing a street with a dirty glass window, I was a bit disappointed but understable. Overall GLP is a very well maintained hotel, and of course we would be happy to stay again in the future.

Cleanliness of the hotel is good. but location is not so convenient. room is big and very beautiful. service is just OK, not outstanding.

Excellent stay. Celebrating my birthday and front desk was very nice arranged a room upgrade to suite. Great food at the Grand buffet. Must come back again soon...

A bit far away from the center of Taipa but the shuttle bus service was convenient. We managed to visit several major tourist spots in Macau Peninsula and Taipa old village by the shuttle bus. The hotel facilities were well maintained. I recommend the Lobby Lounge; staff was friendly and the food was good.

Nice place and clean environment for having birthday celebrations (having a surprise cake)

I love the ambiance it was quiet, clean, facilities are new, bathroom is superb and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It may be quite away from the ***** but the free shuttle bus were all highly accessible so we could still go to different locations. They have free shuttle bus that takes you to the other side of Macau not just cotai. Still convenient. Buffet breakfast was also superb. Indoor pool awesome. We enjoyed our stay.
