We loved our stay at macau masters, staffs are super friendly, they even provide slippers for children guest, the front desk during our check out really went above and beyond by assisting us to assist us outside of the hotel to wait for a taxi, even talked to the taxi driver. Did not got his name but he deserve a commendation for his job well done, all the staffs are all friendly and helpful even with a language barrier.

The staff are super friendly. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It's close to restaurants and many tourist attractions. Surprisingly, it's not noisy at all! I stayed 2 nights there and slept well on both nights. The hotel is small and very clean.

Travel to majority of attractions via bus. Around 20~30 minutes. Nearby road is on construction. If arrive by HK＞Zhuhai＞Macau, take bus 101X. Alight at M125 Auto-Silo Park Kong bus stop. Walk a bit and cross the road.

Hotel overall is ok. Room is relatively big for 4 but looks old

The hotel is at the big road and there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staffs are very nice. The room is big and the bathroom has a bathtub, old type. The bed is comfortable. There is a handy mobile phone for the guest to use, so that is a plus. Walking to Senado Square, just cross the road and follow the direction, maybe takes around 5-10 minutes.

Since I am the old and constant customer, those front desk and housekeeping staffs are familiar with me. Every time I stay, they provided me a good service. Once I finish booking from trip.com, hotel staff would arrange room type I want. Furthermore, housekeeping everyday change clean and new tidy bed items I request. So, as a result, I will definitely keep staying at Master Hotel.

The hotel was clean and everything worked properly . I arrived at 12:30 and they were strict about checking in at 3:00, so I had to find something else to do after dropping off my bag at the front counter . Upon check out I wanted a taxi but they weren’t able to reserve one for me because only one taxi could be reserved for each phone and someone else already reserved one . However , I found bus 1 in front of the hotel goes to the border crossing and costs 6 MOP. There isn’t any breakfast or snacks but there is a 711 across the street . Be mindful that there has been heavy road construction in front of the hotel for sometime but most drivers are respectful of pedestrian foot traffic . If you need to go to the casinos on the other island. It’s worth taking the light rail (10 MOP compared to a 100 MOP taxi ride ). As you leave the hotel entrance turn right and walk for about 20 minutes , the light rail station (Barria) will be on your left hand side eventually . Overall I’d give the experience a 9/10

We stayed there for two nights. The receptionists were super nice and the rooms are very cleaned and it smells very well. The location is also good, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel.

It’s a great budget friendly option in a convenient location. It’s close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is helpful. Perfect for a short stay in Macau!

Concierge is good and accommodating. Facility is clean location is good and near san malo.

Very clean, towels, slippers, bidet, TV, fridge, shampoo provided. Nothing to complain about, I would come here again, although it is a bit far from places, there is a bus right in front of it that can bring you to the ferry harbour.

They are so accomodating and easily accept our booking when we got problem with our previous accommodation. They also allowed us to leave our baggage after check out so we can eat peacefully before our flight.
