This singular century-old boutique hotel ingeniously merges a nostalgic retro aesthetic with advanced technology and eco-friendly principles, resulting in an ambiance that is both evocative of the past and refreshingly contemporary.

Exceptional. This is a 2-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. It has friendly staff, exceptional facilities, and a great location. It is directly downtown, away from the leading casinos/attractions, but in the heart of the central historic district. The room was cozy but new, and the fixtures and construction were all new and top quality. The restaurant was also above standard! A landmark building itself, the renovation has been praised for its quality and contribution to the Macau historic preservation efforts- and at a quality well above what was expected. The rate was also exceptional compared to the other options I was looking at. Stay at a piece of Macau- and come back to visit! I certainly will!

I had an amazing stay in Altira Macau during my trip. One of the best luxurious hotel I stay in that is worth the money. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door when I arrived and the check in was smooth. Huge shoutout to the staff who help me with the check in.
The room was super spacious, especially for one person. Definitely good for two as well (there is two sinks for a couple to use). The room overlooks the sea view towards Macau and it was spectacular. The location was in a quiet area which was a plus for me and it is not too far from the places u want to visit in Macau.
I would definitely stay here again if I am in Macau and itโs definitely worth a stay if anyone is visiting.
Long story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say itโs a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then donโt open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, thereโs a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesnโt have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.

The hotel was clean and comfy with an excellent position right next to both light rail station and airport. It's less than a 10 minute train drive to the main ****** area of Venetian, Parisien and other famous sights. So it's very convenient and quite a good price. The only negative is every room in the hotel has two twin beds rather than a large double bed.
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

Here is where you should stay in your next trip. Everything is professionally planned for specially you. They called me 24 hours before checking in to make sure what time , we will arrive for checking in , in case earlier, they will try to manage that for us . If we have any specific requests during our stay, if we prefer higher floor, non smoking, โฆโฆ and on our arrival everything was already prepared . The one who had called me a day before , was expecting us right there. She welcomed us with a best manner and made us feel so special and welcome. I already know where to stay in my next trip since I donโt like surprises. So I recommend you to stay here, too.

PPengguna TetamuMy go-to accomodation whenever I visit Macau. Have been staying in Conrad Macao since around 2012.Location is one of the best in Cotai area. Room-wise, it used to be better in the past with better amenities, such as choice of toiletries, brighter lightings, and more cozy decoration for the junior suites.
However, recent years, it has gotten noisier and more sophisticated. Cleanliness is also something that the hotel needs to look into. During my stay, I noticed a strand of hair stuck on the door of the bathroom. I purposely did not remove nor inform the housekeeping, as I would like to see if they are attentive enough to such details and clean it away. To my disappointment, throughout my 4-day stay, the strand of hair was stuck on the door and unmoved at the same position.
Though the hotel โfailed the testโ, it is overall still a nice one to stay at.
AAna MadailI would like to say thank you to all of you very helpful attentive special mention to carlo ,well ,kenneth ,houjikim ,gabriel, gracielle, steven, tina, sam, brix, xavier, gab ,pat and forgot the rest names .Welldone studio city staff team ,Greatjob
PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery spacious and clean room, and can see the airport and part of the lake from Wynn Palace. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drinks. Staff were helpful and friendly, and took the initiative to get us a rollaway bed for the third pax. But unfortunately they did not prepare it at the stipulated time even after we came back to the room alot later, so we had to ask again and wait for it to arrive. Will be better if the hotel itself has shuttle instead of having to go City of Dreams for the shuttle.
PPengguna TetamuYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldnโt consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
GGCHBBI really like the view of my room, especially when you wake up in the morning with this view ~ was so good ! Canโt wait to stay again on 7-September with my dad ๐
PPengguna TetamuThe theme of l'occitane is quite comfortable and attractive! But I don't understand why I have to wait until 3:30pm to check in at 3pm?๐
The staff at the front desk are very polite, but the white uniformed staff in charge of baggage storage are not polite, especially the man with glasses! I understand that it is a hard job, but he could have been a bit more polite! ๐ The hotel room is very nice, but how many seconds does it take to press the lift button? Many travellers don't know what's going on with the lift button!๐ง And the location is not very convenient! There is no shuttle bus to connect to the hotel, so I have to take a taxi every time!
AArina EgorovaI liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again
CChung NingVery close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.
JJJC TravelsIt was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
SSOON KEELocation nearby have small local restaurants and supermarkets, walking distance to tiapa ..
change my flight to cancel two night stay but hotel reject my application for refund , so plan your trip carefully before you book this hotel
