Foi uma experiência incrível!! Amei tudo e todos. As camareiras, o pessoal do café da manhã, os recepcionistas, os seguranças, todos uns amores! Super educados e atenciosos. Um agradecimento especial aos recepcionistas Beatriz e Igor que desde que chegamos foram super carinhosos comigo e com minha irmã! Ja estou ansiosa para voltar! Obrigada

Ótima localização, de frente pra praia e perto da Feirinha de Artesanato da Pajuçara. Quarto amplo e confiável, toalhas felpudas e macias, mesmo os quartos laterais têm vista pro mar. Café da manhã excelente.

Foi minha primeira vez em Maceió e posso dizer que valeu a pena. A equipe foi ótima, café da manhã maravilhoso, além de ser perto de várias coisas (drogaria, restaurantes e da praia). Limpavam nosso quarto todo dia (sem a gente pedi), tem também uma conveniência dentro do hotel que eu achei um diferencial. Fiquei no feriado de carnaval então achei bem em conta.

Pelo nível do hotel acrescentaria tv smart ou alfum plano de tv. Piscina aquecida ja seria interessante em épocas de baixa o aquecimento mesmo que pouco já manteria os hóspedes mais tranquilozados de não perder a praia

O hotel é incrível e o atendimento também! Todos os ambientes do hotel são muito aconchegantes, o quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, confortáveis e lindos! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, uma delícia! A localização é ótima também, perto dos pontos principais, os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, experiência excelente, com certeza voltarei mais vezes!

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

The hotel is well located right in front of the beach. There many restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe. Rooms are modern and clean. Wifi works well. Breakfast at the terrace with an amazing view is real (what you see in the pictures) Service is ok. Price is competitive. Ask for a room with ocean view even if more expensive.

O hotel atendeu muito bem as nossas expectativas. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Corredores sempre limpos. Os funcionários são excepcionais! Precisa melhorar o processo e o espaço de check-in, bem como a área do café da manhã pareceu ser pequena para o tamanho do hotel. Mas, certamente me hospedaria novamente.

Eu gostei, só tive problema com o ar condicionado que não gelou.
