定的舒適大床房 免費升級成了高級大床房 這一點很滿意 後面也連續住了4晚 總共住了5晚 但是路過看到舒適大床房好像是無窗或是內窗 關於這一點我有在定房之前電話諮詢過前台舒適大和高級大之間的區別 但是客服對此含糊其辭 沒有明確告知舒適大是內窗 衹是説有柱子遮擋什麼的 而且房型詳情頁上也沒有告知 我認為作為商家需註明這一點 關於酒店的其他方面都挺滿意的 衞生很乾凈 就算續住也會每天打掃 補充消耗品 窗户的隔音效果很好 住在馬路邊完全聽不到吵雜的車聲 但是門的隔音效果一般 在走廊能比較清楚的聽到房間里正常交談的聲音 電視和空調的效果不錯 水温調節不算靈敏而且水温有時候突然一下變得很燙 每天使用的時候都是如此 説明不是偶發現象 可能是熱水器或者混水閥的問題 酒店免費贈送了早餐和自助使用的洗衣房 早餐的味道在酒店自助早餐裏算是中等偏上的水平 但是餐廳特別乾淨 菜品也看起來很整潔 服務員態度好 讓人很滿意 洗衣房有手洗池和晾衣架 有一套洗烘機 建議烘乾時間選擇兩個半小時 時間太短烘乾效果不理想 前台態度都很好 有要求能及時回覆 還送了我們一瓶牛奶 並且在退房時也給予了延時 總的來説這個酒店還是很好的 衞生和環境方面我很滿意 服務也是錦上添花 而且價格在一眾連鎖酒店裡很有競爭力 端午假期間也沒有漲價
