It's a solid choice for the area. Reception were very friendly and arranged a great lake tour for us and the beds were very comfy. We could see the river from our room which was very nice too. The hotel is a little old looking and the bathroom had a little bit of a bad smell but overall it was a comfortable stay.

I was not expecting a lot from this hotel after reading the reviews but thought it would be OK for a night. I had stipulated a non-smoking room and the room was clean. Interesting to have a power socket in the shower and the build quality was generally poor but again, Ok for one night. The main problem however was the noise. With the air conditioning unit on you couldn't sleep, without it you were too hot to sleep. The quality of the window fittings also meant you could hear the roosters at 2am and the call to prayer. All in all we had little if any sleep. Breakfast was poor. The cafe next door (I think part of the hotel?) allowed smoking but there was a terrace upstairs and dinner was reasonable. Whilst the lake is worth visiting I would suggest that you stay elsewhere as this hotel is not up to standard

Typical transit hotel for 1 night. Room is neat. No space to put suitcases, so just on the floor. Maintenance backlog, broken lights and air conditioning that makes a huge noise. Bed is ok, but made with only a thin fitted sheet over the mattress, does not stay in place so always "loose" sheet... clean though. Breakfast was mediocre for Europeans, very sweet fruit juice, little choice otherwise.

A functional hotel next to the river, rather well maintained, well placed for boat trips on Lake Tempe. A little noisy because in town, with the mosque nearby and a lot of traffic. Room and bedding correct. Breakfast on the second floor on a small terrace and a room is quickly complicated in case of crowds, the buffet is simple, clean with toast and Indonesian dishes. Good value for money

A very basic hotel, nothing romantic, but fine for 1 night in transit. Rooms are a bit small, bed not very spacious, air conditioning works. Bathroom is ok. Tip; order satay in the adjacent restaurant, which is delicious! 1 disadvantage, but we had already heard that; you don't hear 1 mosque right next to the hotel at 5 am, but there are 4! Just keep that in mind, and you'll be fine. Breakfast was very simple, but adequate for this hotel.

Double room 385,000 rupees or 26 euros. New, clean and modern hotel. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Air conditioning, hot water. Breakfast acceptable (tea, coffee, toast, jam, Indonesian dishes). Smiling but incompetent service.
