We reserved through ******* and booked a suite with 2 queens. Got there and we were given a king suite because our room had been given away. We called or we tried to get through and no one ever picked up. We wanted to let them
Know we would be late check in. Possibly midnight and didn’t want it to be a no show. I hatted with someone via the website and then while inwas chatting I got a number and called and spoke to someone and they even tried to reach the hotel and they’re unsuccessful too. Breakfast was a complete disaster. No forks, no meat. The line was so long. We’ll never book with this hotel again.

It has a beautiful walk way with a water way running and fish in the water. They offer appetizers and drinks in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning (the omlets are delicious) the hotel is pretty new and because of that they are still working on rooms and amenities. The pool was closed and my kids were super bummed as was I since there was no mention of it on the site.

Bed pillows very un comfortable-- bed sheets had a hair on them .......bathroom had hair on sink and in shower .
The fees should included pet and parking should not be charged .that way when check in no $100 additiomal fee ..plus paying 163 up front .could of stayed somewherw else for less expensive .
So paying close to 300$ ,should have expecred more .

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for one night, since it has a skywalk to the civic center. We were there for a concert.
The hotel was undergoing some renovations, but since we were there on a Saturday-Sunday stay, we didn't experience too much noise or anything.
Check-in took a while. There was a realtor convention at the hotel, and there was a line. The desk staff worked as efficiently as possible, and the actual check-in process was swift.
The room was nice. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Everything was clean. The shower had good water pressure and the water got hot enough. There was a coffeemaker in the room, as well.
The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. We also liked having two televisions and the diving door between the bedroom and living room. The divider door really kept down the noise from people in the hallway.
The only criticism I have is the breakfast, realizing I'm complaining about free. While a line for made to order eggs and omelettes is great, it would be nice for the main hot bar to offer breakfast meats, as well, so guests don't have to stand in line just to get some bacon or sausage with their eggs. The quality of the food on the bar was also good.
The only other suggestion I'd make is that charging $16 to self-park in an uncovered lot, when the rooms are already $230, is pricey. If valet parking was offered for that price, OK. But this was self-park.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.
